Full of plot twists, non-stop action and intrigue, and complete with memorable one-liners, Total Recall is one of the best sci-fi flicks ever. Goes great with other Philip K. Dick-based movies, including Minority Report and Blade Runner.
Forget all that Back to the Future crap. This comic-book-based movie is better. It follows the physics of time travel, has a lot of witty dialogue, terrific visual effects, and, overall, has a great story with great direction, and a great cast. Go see it!
One of my favorite comic-book movies of all time. It changed my life and got me into reading the comics. Lea Thompson will always be one of my favorite actresses, and Howard the Duck will always be one of my movies.
This is one ofr Philip K. Dick's best movie adaptations since Total Recall, Paycheck, and Minority Report. I enjoyed the animation and the visuals, and the entire story of dual identity in a future where drugs won the war.
Before The Running Man, before Future Sport, and way before American Gladiators, there was Rollerball. When I first heard of a remake, I had to see the original. I had no idea how action-packed it is for a 1970s movie. After seeing the remake, I realize that I like the original better, no matter what anybody says. If you like classics, you'll love the original Rollerball.
