Yinalí Ríos (Yinali)

Well, I went to see it on 2D because I was told 3D was no good; but I'll go on...

Clash (not a remake) is about the story of Perseus, the "demigod". He was found by a fisherman on a stormy day. While he was being raised by his adoptive father, he had a lot of unanswered questions; who was his real father, and rather, his real purpose in life. The story changes when Perseus' adoptive family dies after the first wrath of Hades. Perseus then seeks retribution against Hades (and the Gods if you will); by saving the village from Hades, he seeks a way of killing the Kraken, hoping this will solve all problems.

Well to be honest I expected a lot more from Sam, and because the trailer looked very convincing. But after I read reviews, I got a little disappointed and my will to seeing it just got differed. I seriously thought it had a very weak plot, the story line kept progressing too quickly, without letting the information sink in (and I'm not going to even start criticizing the CG) . The acting was horrid at times, not that the cast wasn't a good ensemble. The only thing I can say that worked were comedic scenes, which kept my attention, and some (of the very little) fights were portrayed quite excellently.

Overall, you know what to expect after reading reviews like ours, this was just a blockbuster-hope-we-cash-in-a lot-of-money type of thing; don't even know if it can even be considered as a movie.

Creepy, but entertaining movie.
