Kevin Spacey proves once again his genius, with the cripples role. Bryan Singer's "The Usual Suspects" cult-movie won 2 oscars and is tagged by some as the best thriller movie ever. mind games, criminal masterminds, that if won't change something in you, at least will make you think again when walking down the street.

Thelonious Monk: Straight, No Chaser
Flip ya fo` real.
Thelonious Monk - his life, his passion for music, his awkward mannerism and his genius. Beautiful, beautiful documentary, but probably appreciated only by jazz lovers, or Monk fans. Still, it's and interesting way of documenting about jazz, and getting closer to it's message, it's incredible depth.

Eyes Wide Shut 1999,  R)
Eyes Wide Shut
Kubrick's tone fulfills all the promise of the title, consistently delivering an elevated texture of almost uncanny imagination perpetually hovering between fantasy and reality. The director additionally mines many of his familiar thematic concerns, including deceit, paranoia, and blinding frustration. Also Kidman does an outstanding job in my opinion, demonstrating that she is capable of juggling with any type of roles, and still keep her balance.
The only flaw of Eyes Wide Shut is that there are parts were it's over-explained, unnecessary details being added for no particular meaning. But with that being the single exception, Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut is a totally masterpiece.

V for Vendetta
Amazing movie! When I saw it, i didnt knew anything about V, i hadn't read the comics, but the incredible acting of all actors, the plot that is so well put together, kept me on my seat without moving an inch. Natalie Portman & Hugo Weaving do a great job here, and their shadowy relationship is really touching at some point.
Watch this movie!

Great movie about daily struggles, about all kinds of addiction, about hope. Spectacular performances from the leading actors. Also, the cinematography contributes to the movie's atmosphere. But, keep in mind, that this is not a romance movie.
