I've probably seen this 50 times or more since I was a kid. And I'm still in love with Fay Wray! Great special effects for it's time. Check out the uncut version. You can also see the infamous "spider scene" on youtube.

Nan er ben se (Invisible Target)
This is an old-school kick-butt action movie. Just like the 80's and 90's of Hong Kong's golden era. Plenty of breaking glass and explosions. Wu Jing is his bad-ass self again. Even Jackie's son can over-act just like his famous father.

21
Fa fa ying king (Playboy Cops) 2008,  PG)
Fa fa ying king (Playboy Cops)
Old-style HK action movie. Even Danny Lee makes a cameo. Some pretty funny dialogue and a typical old HK not-so-happy ending.

Memories of Murder (Salinui chueok)
A great true crime film. You begin to feel the cop's frustration failing to find the killer.

The Rebel 2006,  R)
The Rebel
An action-drama about the French invasion of Vietnam. The slam-bang finale make this worth watching.

Gabal (The Wig) (Scary Hair)
Original and scary enough to make you jump. If you like K-horror this is a good late night movie.
40
Chocolate 2008,  R)
Chocolate
Little Zen kicks butt big time. The producers have been watching old HK movies. And that's good. Lots of martial arts action. Very little CGI or wires were used which is verified by watching the NG (no good) scenes at the end.
41
Ninja Assassin 2009,  R)
42
Fong juk (Exiled) 2006,  R)
Fong juk (Exiled)
Another great Bullet Ballet from Johnny To and Milkyway Productions. A bloody tale of betrayal and brotherhood. Simon Yam can still keep up with the best of them.
43
Dead End 2003,  R)
Dead End
A great horror comedy. Just enough gore and a twist at the end. I didn't see it coming. Pretty cool one-liners...
44
Bodyguards and Assassins (Shi yue wei cheng) 2009,  R)
Bodyguards and Assassins (Shi yue wei cheng)

45
A Perfect Getaway 2009,  R)
A Perfect Getaway
A little bit predictable, but the off-the-wall characters keep things interesting. I was impressed about how well shot [photography - no pun intended] this film was.
46
Wong Fei Hung chi neung: Lung shing chim ang (Once Upon a Time in China V) 1994,  Unrated)
Wong Fei Hung chi neung: Lung shing chim ang (Once Upon a Time in China V)
One of the best in the series. Lots of action and Jet Li is not even missed [sorry, Jet]. Rosamund Kwan, Kent Cheng and Max Mok all return...
47
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels 1988,  PG)
Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
I finally watched this. I almost fell out of my chair watching Steve Martin's scene, which I will not give away. Michael Caine is as cool as ever.
48
King of Triads (Mit moon)(Bad Blood) 2010,  R)
King of Triads (Mit moon)(Bad Blood)
Hong Kong Cinema is still alive. If you like the old films, you should like this one. Some old stars [Yam] and some new ones [Liu]. Downbeat ending just like in the 80's and 90's. The action is pretty cool and some cool heroes and villains.
