Some of the CGI in this movie is as bad as in "A Sound of Thunder." As for the story, well it's the first vampire movie I've seen with little to no vampirism going on. It gets credit for originality and color coordination, except for that very last scene with all the shipping containers. |

The only time anyone is dressed appropriately in this movie is when they do the time travel thing, even though I don't really mind the whole 20s era suit and fedora look. As for the story, who cares I watch scifi movies for eye candy but the time wave thing was a decent concept. Even though the CGI sucked I give it credit for trying. |

Almost like a twisted wannabe version of Event Horizon. It was still worth watching but the whole climax point of the movie just gets out of control. Sadly I'd have to say Paul Anderson's rendition rings more authentic. |
