I quite enjoyed the first MiB film, but am not sure I even saw MiB2 and am not the biggest Will Smith fan in the world, however, I enjoyed this film a lot. Great Friday night fun and action. A big plus is Josh Brolin as a younger version of Tommy Lee Jones. His dry delivery matches Jones' well. Talking of Tommy Lee, there is something really odd about his face in this film. Has he been on the Botox? Bonus fun is Emma Thompson as J and K's new boss and the time travel element taking us back to the 60s was a successful touch.
I saw this in 3D but only because I didn't want to wait around for half an hour for the 2D and can't say the 3d added anything, although a dive from the top of a NY skyscraper was effective. Not earth shattering, but quite enjoyable.

I have a ridiculously irrational dislike of Ewan McGregor usually, but he's as likeable as he's ever been in this odd little rom-com that works much better as a comedy than the slightly soppy romance. Kristen Scott-Thomas steals the show, while the improbable plot is daft but fun. Decent witty dialogue and characters, although none of the romantic relationships (between McGregor, Blunt and their respective partners) are involving or particularly convincing. An unnecessary melodramatic ending spoils things a little, but this is pretty good fun, if not especially original.

Fabulous film. Brilliant performances and just a mesmerising story. This was one I genuinely went to see at the cinema at least 7 times, and I cried at the end each time! Mary Stuart Masterson deserved to be a huge star...shame it never quite happened for her.

A perfect film! You can sing along with everything, laugh at the children dressed in curtains, go "eeeww!" when Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer kiss, boo the nazis and cheer the nuns! Classic.
