Full of action and adventure. Indy is so cool! He goes to India and has to rescue children from the mines. The bridge scene is classic!

First movie of the Back to the Future triology, the original is always the best. Doc Brown makes a time machine out of a Deloran car. Marty gets sent back in time by accident to when his parents first met. Full of interesting characters. Imagine seeing your parents as they were young and not how they recall things. He gets caught up with his mum, dad, Doc and the class bully Biff. Can Marty make it back in time before his whole existence is eliminated?

Execellent movie based on a true story about the VonTrapp Family. Love the music. Julie Andrews voice is angelic. Christopher Plummer as Captain VonTrapp is very dashing. Movie about a governess who falls in love with her employer and his 7 children. Set in Austria just before WWI.

Leo plays Danny, a diamond smuggler who meets Solomon who has hidden the rarest diamond. Great accent and best performance to date from Leo. My fave scenes are dancing at the bar and the last phone call.

Gripping action thriller with many lives on the line. Great cast - Leo DiCaprio, Jack Nicholson, Matt Damon, Ray Winstone, Martin Sheen, Alec Baldwin and Mark Walhberg. Martin Scorsese directs his second movie starring Leo. The movie's premise is based on a Hong Kong movie called Infernal Affairs, but The Departed is about Boston gangsters and cops. Leo plays Billy, an undercover cop who becomes a mole in a FBI wanted gang. He comes from a family not on the right side of the law, but he trains to be a police officer. Jack plays the gangster who also has a mole (Matt) in the police. It's strange seeing Matt as a bad guy. Their lives run in parallel, looking for each other - the moles. But there are further twists and turns when a woman and loyalties are at stake. It will have you on the edge of your seat. No matter what Leo does you want him to pull through. Leo is brilliant. My fave line is Leo's as Billy - "You want him to chop me up and feed me to the poor? Is that what you want?" Another great performance!

The story starts in present time (1997), with the sole living survivor of the Titanic disaster. She reveals a love story between two classes on board the maiden voyage of the Titanic across the Atlantic. The Titanic hits an iceberg and sinks. My fave scenes are the spitting and axe scenes. Leo and Kate make a great on screen couple. Great lines like "I'm the King of the World" and iconic music. My fave line is "he does landscapes". Excellent graphics! An epic masterpiece! I've seen this movie 100s of times and never tire of it. With the centenary of the Titanic disaster, the new 3D version introduces the movie to a whole new generation.

'This is it' is amazing. I found it mesmerising. I wanted to get up and dance in the cinema. It is a movie documenting the rehearsals for Michael's 'This is it' comeback tour. The footage was for Michael's own private collection and for him to review and fine tune the performances. The footage shows an intimate glimpse into the genius at work, the detail, the dedication and craft of the King of Pop. The movie is well done. It gives us an idea of how the concert would have been, the set, the line up, the dancers, etc. It would have been the best concert the world has ever seen. I was only 3 weeks away from seeing him live in London. I was devastated by his death. Though we are lucky it is the digital age, as we can see him living through his music and videos. He is a Legend and will never be forgotten.

Great cast. Set in Paris, the King is cruel and his people riot. He has hidden a man in an iron mask - his twin brother. Excellent double Leo!

Excellent modern adaptation of R&J. I love the vibrant colours, costumes and music. I'm also very impressed with the use of ole English. Leo and Claire make a good on screen couple. As usual Leo's character dies. It seems to be a recurring incident, but then R&J is a tragedy.

Excellent story with breathtaking scenery set in Thailand. Leo's character Richard is an American tourist and he embarks on an adventure to find a paradise island. But at what price? My favourite scenes are when Francoise pretends to be eaten by a shark, when they debate how they are to get down from the waterfall and the scene where they are together in the water. Excellent cast and soundtrack. Directed by Danny Boyle.

Movie about a group of men who rob three Las Vegas casinos in one night. My fave scenes are when George explains the plan to the guys and when he forgets the batteries for the remote. Brad, George and Andy are hot! The cast are great, the plot and the twist at the end are all brilliant.

Based on a true story, Frank a 17 year old runs away from home when his parents get divorced. To survive he starts to forge cheques and takes on false identities as a pilot, doctor and lawyer. Great cast including Leonardo DiCaprio, Christopher Walken, Martin Sheen and Amy Adams. Directed by Steven Spielberg.

Set in the mid 1800s, during the start of civilisation in New York. There are many gangs established to defend their terrority from new immigrants. When Amsterdam (Leo) was a child, his father the Priest (Liam) was killed by the ruthless butcher (Daniel). He returns to avenge his death, by befriending and getting close to the butcher. Cameron isn't her usual glam self but I like that she doesn't always play the typical girlie characters. Very violent and bloody at times. Not for the faint hearted. The first of many masterpieces between Leo and Martin Scorsese.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet reunite as the perfect on screen couple but their love is doomed yet again. Set in the 1950s Frank and April seem to have the perfect life - two kids, a nice house - but they have in fact just settled. The passion, excitement and dreams that once attracted them to each other has faded. April is a housewife and unsuccessful actress. Frank hates his job and has an affair with a secretary. Then April convinces them that they need to move to Paris, but Frank is offered a promotion and more money in work. It does not turn out as hoped and indeed the ending is very unexpected. Excellent performances by Leo and Kate. Intense dialogue and scenes. A very disturbed couple who can't live with each other as their lives have become hollow, they do everything they can to hurt each other. Kathy Bates is their friend and realtor. It is strange the last scene does not end on any of the main characters.

Leo did a brilliant job as Howard Hughes, who was a larger than life character. Howard was obssessed with aviation and making movies. The movie really highlights his OCD and his relationships. My fave scene is the flying scene with Cate.

Great story of love, relationships and war. Scarlet's character is so bad! She steals every man!

Magical movie with great characters and music. Dorothy is a girl from Kansas who's house is swept away in a tornado to Oz. There she befriends a scarecrow, tinman and lion who are all in search of something to make them whole. So they go on a journey to see the Wizard of Oz to grant their wishes.

I love this movie about real friendship through terrible injustice. Set in a prison.

Great adventure movie. Thelma and Louise are best friends who get up to a lot of mischief when they're on the run - from murder, armed robbery to blowing up an oil tanker! Brad Pitt makes a cameo - he is very hot! Great road trip scenes through the Grand Canyon.

Excellent movie about friendship and love. Kathy Bates' character befriends an old woman who tells stories of olden days.

Excellent movie about a boy who finds an alien and tries to help him get home. I cry every time I watch this movie. My favourite scene is the iconic bicycle ride by moonlight.

Great cast, hilarious plot! Based on the boardgame Cluedo. Tim Curry is excellent.

Pre-WWI, two lovers from different classes have the odds stacked against them. A lie and false witnesses cause irreversible damage. The movie is seen through the eyes of a girl called Bryony (Cecilia's sister, who is played by Keira). Keira gives her best performance yet. James is brilliant as Robbie. Modern day Romeo and Juliet -tragic love story.

Great cast. Matthew Perry is very funny in this black comedy about a dentist who's wife hires a hit man to kill him.

Excellent supernatural thriller. Great plot, about a wife who sees supernatural things and believes her neighbour has been murdered.

Brad plays a hopeless fool who always gets into trouble. He does one last job in Mexico with disastrous consquences. While Julia gets kidnapped by a hitman. Brad and Julia have great chemistry.

Great characters. Very funny! About a married man who is obsessed with the woman who lives in the apartment above. Famous dress scene.

An ex-car thief is forced out of retirement to help his brother steal 50 cars to order in one night. Brilliant cars and chases. Full of adrenalin. Great cast and plot. Nicolas Cage is cool.

Excellent action movie about two cops in Miami looking for thieves who have stolen drugs from the police station. Why do they always make the girl really pathetic, who does silly stuff and needs to be rescued? Love the car chase.

Great storyline. Really dangerous criminals hijack a plane, but Cameron Poe (Nicolas Cage) is the typical American action hero who has to save his friend. John Malkovich is brilliant. I love the soundtrack.

Will and Gene are excellent in this movie. Will's character's life is turned upside down when he is left with a video tape of a congressman's assassination. He doesn't know that he has the tape and is pursued by National Security Agents who use satellites to track him. Everyone around him is in danger. Great cast and plot.

My fave Bond movie. Love the car chase on ice and the ice palace. Of course 007 gets the girl, beats the baddies and saves the world all in his own style! Madonna even makes a cameo.

Excellent movie with great cast and plot. Three brothers grow up on a farm and they all fall for the same woman. Over the years she works her way through them. At one point I wondered if she would go for the dad too! The scenery and inter-relationships are very interesting.

Excellent thriller with a great cast. There's a young woman found dead but who murdered her? The movie reveals she had a double life. Cate is brilliant as the medium who sees and helps people but comes under scrutiny.

I love this fun loving girl power movie. It's a cross between the Matrix and Austin Powers. Brilliant cast, fab costumes and visual effects. I love Cameron's character.

Action packed thriller about a retired British spy who escaped from Alcatraz who has to help the FBI break into the prison to stop a missile attack on San Francisco. Great cast. Nicolas and Sean are the unlikely heroes with some of the best lines.

Typical American hero film. Foreign bad guys kidnap the president on board his plane. Harrison saves the day! I watched it in US and everyone stood up and clapped at the end of the film.

Harrison is brilliant in this movie. Great storyline about a doctor who is framed for his wife's murder. He escapes from prison van during a road accident and goes on the run to find the real killer. Great cast.

Great adaptation of the Steve McQueen movie. Great chemistry between Pierce and Renee. Good plot about an art thief and an insurance investigator who fall in love. I love the scene with the bowler hats. It's very clever.

Interesting movie about a man who frames his wife for his murder. She goes to jail but hunts him down when she is on patrol. Great cast. The scene in the coffin is very creepy!

Brilliant thriller. Harrison is a lawyer. He has an affair and then his mistress is murdered but who dunnit? He goes on trial for murder.

Excellent thriller with a brilliant plot. Rob's character schemes his way into marrying a rich heiress. But doesn't have the heart to kill her for her money. Great cast. Rob is hot!

Based on true story, this is an action movie about three soldiers who seek treasure for themselves at the end of the Gulf war. But they are torn between their own gain and saving refugees. Lots of action and good soundtrack.

Full of drama. Mel's a successful business man, who has his son kidnapped for ransom. Mel puts on a brilliant performance.

Great thriller. Great cast. Movie about a guy who is held hostage in a phonebooth by a sniper who knows all about him and wants him to confess his sins to the world.

Excellent thriller about a father and son who can communicate through a wireless in different decades. They realise they can change history so they try to stop a murder. Great plot and cast.

There is a plot to kill the king. Amazing scenery, fights and costumes. I like the vibrant colours and vast magnitude of the people scenes.

Great plot about Death taking a holiday on Earth. Brad and Anthony are great as a duo. Brad is gorgeous. I love the coffee shop scene and the last scene with the fireworks.

I love this tale about a man who gets his body frozen as he doesn't want to see his love die. Jamie is really good in this too.

This movie is based on a novel, set in 18th century France. Two similar characters - Merteuil (Glenn Close) and Valmont (John Malkovich) scheme and manipulate to get their own revenge and desires with disastrous consequences. The movie has fab costumes. Great plot and cast. It's very theatrical.

Excellent thriller about a criminal after the attorney who put him away. Rob's character is pure evil as he terrorises Nick's family.

'I'm your number one fan', you think a famous novelist would like to here that. Not Paul who crashes his car in a snow storm and ends but being rescued and imprisoned by his number one fan. He discovers that she is a qualified nurse who was jailed for killing infants. He tries to escape but is crippled. Excellent thriller about a crazy fan who makes her novelist re-write stories to her liking. Can't watch the sledge hammer scene!

Not really into alien type movies but this is a great storyline about a family who defends their home from invasion. Reminds me of Independence Day and War of the Worlds. Great cast. Fab ending. Best M Night Shyamalan movie.

Fave Hitchcock movie. Grace Kelly is excellent. Her husband plots to kill her.

Excellent thriller. Great cast and plot. A single girl places an ad in a newspaper for a lodger. The new lodger has a troubled past and looks for a new friend and identity. Watch out for the killer heels!

Great thriller. Goldie finds out after her husband's funeral that her husband had a double life.

Movie about a family on the run from the police. It makes me cry. It also has one of my favourite songs - Fire and Rain (James Taylor)

Mary Poppins is a nanny with magical powers. I love the music. My fave scene is the roof top dancing scene.

Teen flick about a group of misfits on Saturday detention. It's not the usual teen flick, these kids have had a hard time with their parents, which have led them to get into trouble for one reason or another. Great cast.

Classic dance movie. Baby and her sister Lisa spend the summer at a holiday camp where they meet guys and fall in love. Baby learns to dance and helps Penny a dancer who gets in trouble. Fab soundtrack. Patrick's best role ever. Amazing!

Teen flick about vampires. Music is so cool. Great cast.

This is one of my favourite romantic comedies and favourite Reese movie. Excellent rom com about a girl who gets engaged and then has to return to her roots to get divorced from her first husband. Reese is at her best. Good cast and plot.

If you love 80s cheese, this is a must see. Julia and Robbie are engaged to wrong people. He is a wedding singer and she is a waitress. Drew and Adam make a great on-screen couple. Adam is a good singer. Cute rom com.

I love this moive about two very different single parents who meet one day when their kids miss their school trip. Great cast. Sweet movie. A bit like Serendipity.

Two people are involved in other relationships, but on a chance meeting, meet their soul mate and they leave it to destiny to see if they are to meet again.

Need lots of tissues as this movie is so sad about a drunk mother.

Nick has just left prison and bumps into Martin who robs a bank, but the cops think Nick has done it, so they go on the run.

Michael and Steve are hilarious as con men trying to out do each other. But they meet their match in the jackel. Very funny and interesting plots.

One of my fave kids movies. Jodie and Barbara are hilarious. Imagine swapping a day in your life with your mum! Fave scenes - the switch between driving the car and water skiing. Stars a young Jodie Foster.

Classic 80s movie when it was just clean fun. A group of kids set off in search of hidden treasure. Full of adventure and fighting baddies.

Funny movie about a guy trying to make his way home for Thanksgiving. Classic Steve Martin role. John Candy is hilarious too.

Plot is a bit weak but I love this movie which is set in the wild west. I love the chemistry between Mel and Jodie's characters. Mel is Bret Maverick who has to win at a stake of cards.

Hilarious comedy about three actors who get mistaken as real action heroes.

Wonderful heart warming movie about a man who wants to honour his wife's dying wish.

My fave Disney animation. I love the animation, story and music. My fave scene is with the fairy godmother.

Great animation about a couple of retired superheroes who have moved to suburbia for a quiet life to raise a family. However the hum drum of ordinary life gets to them and when the dad gets kidnapped, the family set out to rescue him. My fave scenes are the baby on the conveyor belt and the car in the driveway. When is the sequel?

Funny movie about a girl whose boyfriend cancels their date. She agrees to babysit some kids but has to leave the house to rescue her friend who has run away. They get into all sorts of trouble,

This is the best movie I'd seen in 2008. It's perfect for all SATC fans - the girls are back together 4 years later. There's lots of drama - wedding, affair, baby. Lots of fab shoes and clothes. Makes you appreciate your loved ones and friends. Even if you haven't seen the TV series it is still a great movie about love, labels and friendships. Good cast and plot. I'd marry Big for that closet! Charlotte is my favourite character and her daughter Lily is adorable.

Excellent thriller about a woman (Emma Thompson) who has nightmares about a murder. Kenneth is the private detective who helps solve the case. This movie is erry and I couldn't look at a pair of scissors for a long time!

A happily married couple want to have children but are not able to after Nicole has an operation that goes wrong. Interesting thriller. Good cast.

One of the first thrillers I saw at the cinema. Julia is brilliant. She stages her own death to get away from her abusive husband but he realises and comes looking for her.

Black comedy about students discussing current affairs with dinner guests, which leads to murder. Good cast, sees a young Cameron Diaz. Good plot and ending.

Excellent thriller about a secret service agent (Michael Douglas) who is framed for a plot to kill the president. New role for Eva. Kiefer is gorgeous.

Excellent thriller about a kidnapped girl and how Michael Douglas a psychiatrist gets information from Brittany Murphy a tramatized patient to solve the case.

Excellent movie about two men on opposite sides - one criminal and one law enforcement. In order to stop a bomb, Sean (John Travolta) has to become Castor (Nicolas Cage). He undergoes surgery but then Castor takes his face and becomes him. Great cast and storyline.

Jack (Ashton) and Joy's (Cameron) lives are falling apart when they meet one night in Vegas. They get drunk and get married. Then Jack wins 3 million dollars on the slots. The judge freezes the money and makes them work at their marriage for 6 months. Very funny movie. Good cast and plot. They have great chemistry. They should do more movies together. I always wonder why you can get married in Vegas when you are totally plastered!

Lovely Disney movie about a girl called Giselle waiting for her prince. The characters cross from animation into reality. My fave scene is in the park when everyone starts singing and dancing together like at a Disneyland parade. Great cast and interesting storyline. It reminds me of Who Framed Roger Rabbit where toons and humans mix.

Funny rom com. Henry (Adam) works in an aquarium and lies to get off with women. Henry meets Lucy in a cafe but she has short term memory loss so she can't remember who he is after they meet. Henry tries to make Lucy fall for him everyday. Adam and Drew are brilliant. Great on screen couple. I love the song 'Forgetful Lucy'. Beautiful scenery in Hawaii.

Juliann (Julia) doesn't want to see her best friend Michael (Dermot) marry Kimmy (Cameron) as she is in love with him. She does everything she can to humiliate her love rival. I love the singing scenes. Rupert and Cameron are hilarious. Great cast and plot.

Great thriller about two CIA operatives. Nathan (Robert) trained Tom (Brad) to be a CIA agent but after a job in Beirut they parted ways. The movie starts with Tom being captured by the Chinese for espionage. Nathan is about the retire but does everything he can to save Tom.

This is my favourite Jim Carrey movie. He is a lawyer who lies for a living. His son doesn't see him much as he is a workaholic and always lets him down. For his birthday his son wishes his dad cannot lie for one day and it comes true. Jim doesn't know what has hit him. There are hilarious scenes in the court room.

Costume drama with Alfred (Christian) and Robert (Hugh) as rival magicians, competing to perform the best and original magic trick. Great cast and plot.

Excellent modern version of Dangerous Liaisons. Kathryn and Sebastian are too rich and popular, so bored they play with other people's lives. Great cast.

Classic 1920s comedy. Brilliant movie about two men who witness a crime and go on the run by joining an all girl band. Excellent cast.

Interesting movie about siblings being transported into a make believe time.

A cop has to stop a bomber and rescue some passengers on a bus during rush hour but if the bus stops or goes below 50mph, it will explode. Love this movie. Full of action. Keanu is so cool.

A cop (Paul Walker) goes undercover to try catch a group of robbers. In order to get near the gang he has to street race cars. Vin Diesel is so cool. Love the cars and the car chases. Michelle is mean.

Leo is a CIA agent with a conscience, on the ground hunting for terrorists in the Middle East. Russell is his boss who works from Washington and monitors the situation by remote satellite. Good intense action thriller. Lots of bombs, gunfire and torture. Not for the faint hearted. Great performances by Leo and Russell. Movie similar to 'Spy Game' in terms of working relationships and terrorist themes.

Hugh meets the most famous actress in his travel book shop. They fall for each other but will their two very different worlds work out? Hugh plays these mumbling Englishmen roles too well. If only ordinary people ended up with celebs!

Ever wondered how things could have turned out if you had / hadn't ended up with someone? Is there only one person for you? The movie follows Helen and two different sides of her life following a breakup. Excellent concept and story. Great cast.

This one makes me cry. Movie about two different brothers who love fly fishing with their dad. Beautiful scenery. Very sad ending.

Excellent adaptation of the novel. Bridget is unlucky in love, a little overweight, smokes too much and has an embarrassing mother. This is her lucky year - two men but will she chose Mr. Right? I love the fighting scene in the street. Great cast. Funny rom com. You just sympathise with Bridget all the way, singleton in her 30s with smug married couples. Mark Darcy is dreamy. I find it amusing that they picked Colin Firth because he played Mark Darcy in Pride and Prejudice.

I'm not one for soppy romantic movies but this one pulls at the heart strings. An older gentlemen reads a story to an elderly lady in a nursing home. The story is about two teenagers Noah and Allie who meet one summer and fall in love. Allie's parents are well to do and Noah is poor. They fell out and Allie's parents send her away to school and they don't see each other for years. Noah writes to her every day for a year but there is no response. They try to move on with their lives but something draws them back to each other and they pick up where they left off. It reminds me of 'Fried Green Tomatoes', there are good and bad things that happen but it all comes good in the end. Excellent cast and story.

Good cast. Heartwarming movie about love during WWI. Chris plays a young Ernest Hemingway who falls for an older nurse during the war.

Couple find themsleves in a murder mystery. Good cast.

Movie about a man (Patrick) who is murdered and he has to come to terms with being a ghost. He uses a medium (Whoopi) to communicate to his partner (Demi.) A very moving love story. The shadows still share me.

A group of unlikely heroes have to save the earth from an asteroid. Interesting relations between the main characters, but typical Americans always save the day!

This is the unexpected movie of 2010. I went to see it three times at the cinema and had to pre-book as all showings were sold out. I love Leo but it's more about the storyline than just about Leo so even non fans can enjoy it. This is a brilliant psychological sci-fi thriller. Using technology Dom Cobb played by Leo and his crew can invade your dreams to steal your secrets and even plant ideas in your head. In a dream everything is possible but it only seems strange when you wake up, right? Gripping storyline, excellent special effects and fabulous cast. From the director of the Dark Knight, Chris Nolan creates an amazing world which is shot over 4 continents. Fab cast - Ellen who played Juno does a fab job as the novice architect, Joseph is the point man and was the cute kid from 3rd Rock from the Sun, Marion is so beautiful and deluded (Public Enemies), Ken (Memoirs of a Geisha), Cillian is the Mark (Batman Begins/ The Dark Knight), Tom is the Forger, Michael Caine gets a cameo role as Leo's dad and Lukas Haas, Leo's bestmate is Nash the failed architect - he gets to tip Leo into the bath. Like many of Leo's characters they are tormented souls with dark secrets and hidden agendas. The director has recreated most of the scenes to make it real for the actors and audience and only uses CGI to enhance it e.g. the market street and bridge scenes. To create no gravity scenes they built rotating sets where the actors really had to hold on especially in the bar scene. It will really hurt your brain to keep up with the complexities and the pace but it's worth it. I love Leo's work and this is one of his best movies, up with The Departed and Blood Diamond in intensity. If you like the Matrix you won't be disappointed by this movie. My favourite part was the bundling in the lift. You have to see it to believe it! Enjoy this masterpiece. It makes cinema history.

The movie sets the background to the legend of Robin Hood. Russell has got a lot of stick over his accent but his character is endearing. He starts the movie as an expert archer in King Richard's army, who invaded France during the crusades. When the king dies, Robin and his men return to England. The new King John is greedy and corrupt, oppressing his people with heavy taxes and killing people who won't pay. Robin goes to Nottingham where he meets and falls for Marion. Fryer Tuck and the sheriff of Nottingham are introduced to Robin. They join forces to defend England against the French invasion by King Philip. Great story and battle scenes. Cate Blanchett plays a great fiesty Marion. Russell is the perfect dashing hero. I loved this movie as there was fighting, betrayal and romance. Simply brilliant. I think it's my favourite Russell Crowe movie. I grew up with Kevin Costner's Robin Hood but this movie is much better. Ridley Scott at his best.

This is a great psychological thriller. Leo and his partner are US marshals who arrive on Shutter Island to find a missing mental health patient. They find the staff unwilling to help and with lots of things to hide. Leo's character suffers migraines and flashbacks to his painful past of fighting in the second world war, in the concentration camps and the loss of his wife in a fire. His own state of mind is in tormoil. It has scarey characters and is retentless in activity. You feel your mind racing. It is like a dark hitchcock movie. If you like Sixth Sense, you will like this movie. Great cast. As always Leo really gets into his characters. Brilliant performance.
