This movie contains just about every genre there is. Including amazing action choreography. All three leading ladies are great, Brigitte Lin is excellent as always.
My personal favorite John Woo film. Every thing about this movie is excellent. The action is rivaled only by John Woo's other masterpieces. Chow Yun-Fat is the greatest.
So close to being better than The Killer. This movie has the best action, ever, period. Chow Yun-Fat is awesome, Tony Leung Chiu-Wai almost steals the show from him though. Philip Kwok is awesome as always as well.
Amazing film. The second film in Chan Wook-Park's "Vengeance Trilogy." If you are a fan of David Fincher or Quentin Tarantino's works, you absolutely must see this. Choi Min-Sik is incredible.
Amazing movie, the special effects may be cheesy as all hell by today's standards, but in HK at the time they were top of the line. Ignore the cheesy effects and enjoy the film for what it is.
The second "three brothers" film. Not quite as good as Project A, still awesome though. Contains what many consider Jackie Chan's best on screen fight with Benny 'the jet' Urquidez.
Not the greatest martial arts flick in the world. But I love Michelle Yeoh, Yuen Woo-Ping shows why he is one of the best and most creative action choreographers ever.
One of Sammo's best. A must see for the fight between Sammo and Lau Kar-Leung. This movie seems more bipolar than even most other HK films with its constant switching between action, comedy, and melodrama.
This movie will fuck with your head. Starts off a little slow, almost boring, but once it gets going it does not let up until the end. Almost what an anime directed by Hitchcock or David Lynch might be like.
