My Favorite Movies

Wow! This movie is AMAZING! The visual effects in this movie are INCREDIBLE!! ILM has always been a favorite visual effects department for me because they always make the effects look absolutely real. They did not lower the bar on this movie. The story plot was really great too. I was pleasantly surprised at how good of a bad guy Eric Bana can be. I've only seen him as a good guy and he's actually pretty creepy as a bad guy which classifies him as a good one. And how can we forget Zachary Quinto? This is a huge step for him from playing Sylar in Heroes for who knows how long to Commander Spock in this movie. He did really good. They couldn't have found anyone better to play him. I never really would have thought of choosing Karl Urban for the doctor but it was a good choice. And Bruce Greenwood was a PERFECT captain! They couldn't have found anyone better to play him either. Everyone did such a good job on this movie and I REALLY hope that this movie turns into a trilogy...which it probably will.

INCREDIBLE.MOVIE. I was astounded by this movie. Kind of long but that's okay. There are very few movies out there that have such flawless story plots as this movie does. I actually read about this movie on another website and it said that this movie is widely accepted by many movie critics as one of the most epic movies of all time and I agree with them. All of the actors in this movie Peter O'Toole in particular played their part FLAWLESSLY. NO flaws WHATSOEVER!! In other movies there are at least 5-second parts that are not played well by the actors...not in this movie! I promise that anyone who is a real movie-lover will be totally captivated by this movie like I was.

Oh my goodness this movie was SO good!! I'm actually going to proceed to put it on my Favorite Movie List. I don't see why a lot of people gave this movie a bad rating. There was nothing in this movie that deserved a low rating. The acting was terrific and the story plot was VERY interesting. It was also nice to actually see Bill Nighy's face in this movie lol!

Observe...my new favorite Western movie. It could have done without the language but the rest of it was INCREDIBLE!! The directing (which was done by Kurt Russell...thanks Kurt),the acting,the flow of the story,the costumes,just everything about this movie was done to the utmost perfection. It was also pretty accurate historically which is another huge bonus. Kurt Russell did a phenomenal job with his performance as Wyatt Earp. I love his opening scene with the guy beating the horse and Wyatt saves the horse. Very funny. Kurt just does such a good job of portraying both Wyatt's heroic,sherrif-like side and his deeply emotional side. He plays both those characteristics of Wyatt flawlessly. And of course who could EVER leave out the TREMENDOUS, OSCAR-WORTHY performance of Val Kilmer?? I was completely,totally mesmerized by his character from the start. His character was just so spirited and independent but loyal to Wyatt. There is NO ONE and I mean NO ONE who could have pulled off Doc Holliday's character better than Val Kilmer. Just the way he TALKS goes to show how TALENTED and focused Val is. He plays all of the serious,dramatic scenes beautifully (i was actually almost crying when Doc died) and his funnier scenes which were SO FUNNY! "I know...let's have a spelling contest!" My favorite quote in the whole movie lol! Val really should have got an Oscar for his performance. So yeah great movie...highly recommend it.

Yet ANOTHER movie that I am shocked that I never wanted to see. I INSTANTLY fell in love with this movie. It's very much like a real-life Shrek movie. But oh my goodness the HUMOR in this movie!!! It's incredible!! I was laughing through the whole thing!! And CHAUCER!! The incredible Chaucer!! He is my favorite character in this movie and he definitely stole the spotlight in this movie. Paul Bettany is just such a great actor and a great guy. I highly recommend that people listen to the commentary for this movie it's very interesting. The music in this movie is TERRIFIC! I LOVE the idea that they put '70s music in here. It makes everything so much more lively. And of course one could not watch this movie without mourning the loss of Heath Ledger. His performance in this movie is remarkable! Again wonderful movie. Highly highly recommend it.

This is another movie that I am surprised that I wasn't interested in seeing. But I've recently seen this movie and now I'm absolutely in love with it. I don't like this movie simply because of Tom Cruise although he did a FANTASTIC job I also love the whole movie in general. The action in this movie is AMAZING!! I am a HUGE action movie lover and this movie certainly doesn't dissappoint! It is very exciting and keeps you at the edge of your seat. I would also like to voice out my agreement with several other people that Phillip Seymour Hoffman really did steal the spotlight in this movie. He did SUCH a remarkable job!! He's a different sort of bad guy. Sort of more quiet but certainly no less threatning than any other bad guy! The director does a really good job directing this movie too. The movie just flows so well and the hand-held cameras in some of the scenes adds to the suspense and gives it a Bourne movie feel to it. Kudos to this movie and the actors.

Oh my goodness this is one of the best movies that I have ever seen seriously!! It is THE PERFECT action movie and it never ever gets boring. The dramatic acting is great but there are also funny parts. Christian Bale and Russell Crowe did wonderful jobs in this movie! The music is really really good too. Just the kind of music that I would expect out of a Western movie. Actually this WHOLE movie had everything that I expected out of it. Great gun fights,coach robberies,just everything that you would expect will be present in this movie. Kudos to this movie!

Whoa! I can NOT believe that I wasn't interested in seeing this movie! Maybe it was because I was worried that there would be suggestive stuff in this movie but it's actually not bad concerning that area. This movie is seriously one of the best movies I have ever seen in my whole life. This movie was directed perfectly (and I MEAN perfectly),the music is both very beautiful and interesting and a million and over kudos to Russell Crowe for his AMAZING performance! I am not exaggerating NO ONE would have been able to do a better job of playing John Nash than Russell Crowe. A different person would have messed up the character completely. But Russell's acting is so good that it seems like he IS John Nash. He deserved his Best Actor award he did an INCREDIBLE job! I would say he's as good playing John Nash as Heath Ledger was playing the Joker if you want some comparisons thrown at ya! Jennifer Connelly's performance was exceptionally good also. She is such a wonderfully gifted dramatic actress and you can see it in this movie. If I could sum up this movie in one word it's impossible...as you can tell lol! 5 and above stars to this movie definitely!

The perfect musical. Emmy's voice is so beautiful and Gerard has a perfect deep voice for the Phantom's voice. I also like that they portray the Phantom as a sad lonely man instead of a really evil horrible man.

OH MY GOODNESS this is one of THE BEST movies ever created!!! This movie is better than the first movie which almost never happens. ROCK ON PIRATES!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This movie.... Oh I can't begin to say how incredibly incredibly incredible this movie is!!!!!!!! This movie has too many good things in it for me to say so I'll just say this movie deserves more than 10 stars.

Such a good movie. It has a Christian lesson to it which I love. The actors who were cast for this movie were perfect. Can't wait to read the book!

This is one of the sweetest movies that I have ever seen!! The end is just so incredibly sweet I can hardly stand it! It has been a long time since I have seen such a sweet ending like this movie has. The animation is beyond comprehension in this movie. I have a hard time imagining how much time and effort the guys at Pixar had to put into this movie. Everything looks almost real and they deserve some type of award because you can tell that they spent years and years working on this movie.

This movie is very true to the books and the books are HILARIOUS! The actors chosen for this movie are perfect for their parts and it is a VERY GOOD MOVIE!

Another FANTASTIC movie! Everything about this movie is perfect the music, the acting, the animation just everything is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!

One of THE BEST sequels ever made. You don't see many good sequels in the movie business.

My all time favorite Disney movie. I would recommend this movie to anyone who wants the best animated movie ever made. It's my idea of the perfect movie. This movie should get more than 5 stars it is SO good.

I don't think the Keira Knightley version was worth making. This version is too good. It's long but it's almost identical to the book and the acting is INCREDIBLE!

It's definitely more interesting than the musical and more realistic. Chow-Yun Fat does an EXCELLENT job playing the king of Siam.

THE BEST musical of all time. This movie deserves more than 5 stars.

This movie seriously is THE BEST family movie in existence. It's funny enough for everyone to love it and the story plot is wonderful. It's a very wonderful charming movie.

A very good movie. It is very funny but it has very good serious moments too. I didn't know that Michael Caine could do a really good Western accent until I saw this movie.

This movie is just like Pride and Prejudice. The acting is outstanding just like Pride and Prejudice and it has a very happy ending just like Pride and Prejudice. Emma Thompson rocks in this movie. Oh and the music! The music is so good in this movie!

This movie is so good you can't tell that it was made in 1989. The acting is just wonderful and Sean Connery does such a good job with his character. I love it.

really the only thing i can say about this movie is wow! everything in this movie was done to perfection. the acting was flawless,the story plot was very good and the music in the movie is awesome! especially when Jack and the doctor are doing those violin cello duets those were awesome! Russell Crowe really should have gotten an award for his performance he did such a fantastic job.

i can not even BEGIN to say how wonderful wonderful wonderful this movie is!! it was incredibly almost beyond all reason intense but it was a good intense. the story plot couldn't have been better. it flowed at just the right pace and if they made it go any faster they would have ruined it. Heath Ledger SERIOUSLY SERIOUSLY deserves an award for his INCREDIBLE COMPLETELY BELIEVABLE performance as the Joker. i had to sleep with my door open the night i saw this movie lol he was sooooo creepy but he was funny too! i LOVED the pencil trick at the beginning of the movie it was great! just what i expected from the Joker.

once i have seen this movie i have not stopped thinking about at least ONE song from this movie! it's very catchy and very family friendly and Matthew Broderick did a really good job in this movie. he had too much fun lol!

wow wow wow! what can i say about THIS movie? oh man i can't say enough to express how INCREDIBLY GOOD this movie is! this is the first movie that i've seen Ken Watanabe in and he did a SUPERB job. a million kudos for this movie!

the PERFECT family movie of the year! i was very prejudiced against this movie at first but when i saw it i fell in love with it instantly. it is so sweet! another million kudos for this movie!

another perfect family movie. and i will not even TRY to express how FLAWLESS the animation is! the music is incredible in this movie too. the composer should have won an award for his fantastic job.

This movie is INCREDIBLE!!! Oh man the acting,the special effects,the story plot it's just ALL unbelievable!! A HUGE thing is that this movie has a HUGE HUGE religious aspect to it. This world that we're living in is real but it won't last forever and someday we are going to wake up and find that we will either end up in the real real world of heaven or still in a way "in the Matrix" in hell for eternity. You have to choose to either take the blue pill or the red pill...

One of my favorite movies. A perfect romantic comedy.

This movie was really really good. It had everything that I could possibly want in a geisha movie minus the sex scenes. The costumes were absolutely astounding. The fabrics and the hair and everything are just SO beautiful! The story plot was very good and I am pleased with how the movie ended. It's just the kind of romantic movie that I like.
