I thought it was brilliant! It definitely differs from the book, but I think overall it sets up Deathly Hallows very nicely. I've already seen it twice. The acting is superb, the special effects and the cinematography is seamless and stunning, and the overall story was excellent. You can tell they took their time and didn't rush it and that really paid off in the end. There are some things that didn't feel right like the fact that the DA didn't fight the death eaters. They just walked out of the castle. In the book and in the movie there AURORS guarding the castle but no one fought. It was a little unbelieveable, but that's what the battle in Deathly Hallows is for. So I loved it and I can't wait to see it again. |
