Perfect. Guillermo del Toro is a genious. A step up from his previous best work (The Devil's Backbone). It's magical, dark, sad, even scary at times. Just perfect. I expected so much, I got more than I expected.

Ahhh the buildup!!! What an amazing movie, it really touched me. Will Ferrell does an amazing job, you just want to laugh and cry at the same time. Marc Forster is a great director, his movies really get you thinking and watching life from a complex, yet more straightforward kind of way. I didn't get the Truman Show references thought, but it did had me thinking about I Heart Huckabees, maybe it's Dustin Hoffman and what he provides to this kind of roles, or maybe it's the inmense complexity in which a simple life can be seen.

Gore fest! So funny! Couldn't stop laughing! Robert Rodriguez gets the job done, non-stop fun, great acting (Freddy Rodriguez pulls it off nicely, and Rose McGowan is a perfect fit for her role). "She's got one leg", "Easier access", classy stuff! (classic stuff!)

Amazing movie, a masterpiece! Passionate, honest and fulfilling. Darren Aronosfky is a genius. And a very powerful performance by Hugh Jackman. Still, probably not a movie for everyone to like, which makes it even more special...
