Ahhh the buildup!!! What an amazing movie, it really touched me. Will Ferrell does an amazing job, you just want to laugh and cry at the same time. Marc Forster is a great director, his movies really get you thinking and watching life from a complex, yet more straightforward kind of way. I didn't get the Truman Show references thought, but it did had me thinking about I Heart Huckabees, maybe it's Dustin Hoffman and what he provides to this kind of roles, or maybe it's the inmense complexity in which a simple life can be seen. |
