One of the finest! Withnail and Marwood are hilareous as two out-of-work actors seeking time out in glorious Penrith. As quoteable as they come! A must-see British gem.

Brilliant! One of my all-time favourites. A sadly misunderstood film in that it "could be funnier". Bursting with subtle humour, ridiculous scenarios and the portrayal of Kevin's heros is brilliant. He soon finds out they're not as great as he thought, especially Robin Hood! David Warner is great as the Evil Genious. Lasers and computers are the way forward in creation, not slugs and parrots!! I could write an essay on this awesome film. I even love George Harrison's "Dream Away" from his album "Gone Troppo" at the end. It's proudly on my iPod :o)
