The Strangers 2008, R)
I went in to see the Strangers after waiting almost a year for this movie and hype it up to me and my friends and once i left that movie it was beyond my hype.The Strangers was an intense Terror movie not so much horror but intense terror and gave me goosebumps throughout the entire film There wasnt that much talking in the film which made it work to it's advantage because loud music to quiet terror made you almost wanna turn your eyes away cause you couldnt stand that feeling in your stomach when you saw the killers and not to mention a theatre full of screaming people added the affects to the film The movie had aot of mystery around it about why there were doing what they were doing to the people but i think that it makes the movie even better with the I don't know why type of realism,That its what this movie feels like to me reall like it could happen to you and that's why I think this is the scariest movie that i have seen it theatres and def the best sheer terror movie of all time. |

I think this movie was really good the cast worked great together and it was very very funny.The action was nice i liked to A certain point but the comedy took ahold of the movie thus not really paying that much atention to the movie,To me it lived up to the hype from the previews ,I have never seen the show but i know the movie was good and maybe it was just good becasue it has Steve Carelll in it cause he is in great shows and movies. |

I love this film and any geek or comic book junkie will adore this film it's the best thing since 300! and that's saying something ,even if your not A comic book lover if your an action guy or girl then wanted will be the best film beside batman to see this year It did not disapoint me in anyway big A few small dumb things takes it away from being perfect but solid performances buy the whole cast and better than any marvel movie I have ever seen(tied with punisher) |

I ;ike this movie alot cause it falls into the same genre as such films as lost in translation or eteral sunsine of the spotless mind,although it seems watered down compared to thos films it is still A real life Family film with people you could realte to with great performances by Ellen Page and Dennis Quaid and mostly by Thomas Hayden Church I would say it is A must see movie for 2008 |

Very few times in my life have I seen A film that has impressed me as Much as this one ,I knew it would be good considering I loved the cast ond especially the director but never would I have thought it would be the best movie of the year so far .I would have given it to district nine for best of the summer but then tis came out and BOOM it ill leave you happy that you spent your ten bucks on something that dosent suck not to mention I think that there should be At least oone oscar nod coming from it if not two or three. |
