Penelope 2006,  PG)
Penelope
I first saw the trailer for this film almost two years ago and pretty much instantly knew I was going to love it. Two long years later, I've finally seen it and it was everything I had expected and more! Such a cute story and I loved the set/costume design! Plus, James McAvoy's character was dreamy, and Reese Witherspoon was spunky and amazing as a vespa-driving delivery woman. And, of course, Christina Ricci was endearing as Penelope.

P.S. I Love You
Watching this movie was as comforting as reading the book. They're different in so many ways, but the film captures the cozy, loving feeling you get when reading the book. At first I was doubtful of Hilary Swank playing Holly, but she did an amazing job! I can't wait to see it again:)
