The Twilight Saga: New Moon 2009, PG-13)
I love the books! I'm rereading them for like the tenth time through. Love the movies! I own the Twilight DVD and excitedly await the release of the New Moon DVD...hopfully very soon. Love the movie soundtracks! Songs that get stuck in your head for a long time. Looking forward to watching Eclipse this June at the drive-in!!!!! |

Twilight 2008, PG-13)
When I first saw the movie preview on television I wasn't paying much attention to begin with but the name "Twilight" caught my attention. I had hoped that it had something to do with the twilight vampire series written by Maggie Shayne. When I saw the preview again, I was disappointed that it wasn't what I had hoped it was but thought it looked like it might be an ok movie. I watched the movie first and enjoyed it, then I learned about the Twilight Saga books....so I HAD to read them. Thus, a new Twilight fan was born!!! |

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse 2010, PG-13)
Went to a drive-in this past weekend to see it. My husband will ONLY go to a drive-in.....which is usually fine, I like the drive-in too. But most of the drive-in movies around our home are poorly maintained with few if any working speakers.....and in the case of the drive-in we went to this weekend, a movie screen in need of some repair. Seems most drive-in theaters use the radio to broadcast movies these days. Which again would normally be fine, unless your car radio has a detachable radio face (to prevent theft) that SOMEONE forgets and leaves home. Luckily, someone we knew also turned up at the drive-in that same night and he and my husband rigged up an old stereo speaker to his truck radio....not the best sound quality but better than no sound at all. NOTE TO DRIVE-IN OWNERS: FIX YOUR SPEAKERS !!!!!!!!! |
