Once Upon a Time in Anatolia

Loved the first half, looked beautiful and excellent dialogue. The anticipatory atmosphere was sustained well and I felt it had paid off once the body had been found. However, the next 40 minutes or so felt like a different, lesser, movie. The filmmakers should have stopped while they were ahead. Great potential but ultimately average.

Loved it the first time a saw it in the cinemas, despite one of my friends screaming everytime they had a sex scene. After reading the short story and re-watching it recently I fell in love again. One of my absolute favourites.
