Tied for first as my favorite movie of all time. Though appropriate for audiances of any age, Castle in the Sky delivers plenty of action and indepth story telling that still captivates me today. The art is fantastic, and the american voice overs were actually very well done.
Best movie ever made(in my opinion, of course). The acting was excellent, story intelligent, and ending perfect. I'm still not sure how it was put together so well, but this movie will not disapoint.
Delivers thrills and creepy atmosphere without decreasing the intelligence of the plot. I especially love the scene when they are driving through the country and raiding the super market. This movie is a land mark in the survival-horror/zombie genre.
Much like in 28 Days Later. this movie is frightining without being dumb. Guy Pearce is my favorite actor, and he puls off an amazing job in this film. The musical score is also of a very wothy note.
Did it freak out anyone else that Kirsten Dunst and Brad Pitt made the perfect vampire couple? Anyone? No? Well... maybe it's just me... anyways.... Brad Pitt's awsome... Kirsten Dunst's amazing..... this movie has vampires... 'nough said...
Danny Boyle and Cillian Murphy pull off another amazing job, as Sunshine burns a hole through are o-zone layer and onto my favorite movies list.(yay! corny banter!) Anyway, the musical score was awsome, acting was superb, special effects kicked ass, and the story was enveloping. All five stars earned!!!
