1	City of Angels 1998, PG-13) This is a true love story, because it shows what love is all about: the sacrifice. This is my favorite movie of all time, along with LOTR.
2	The Dark Knight 2008, PG-13) HEATH LEDGER!!! Rest in Peace, good man. Simply put, the best villain portrayal of ALL TIME. Throw whatever name into the argument, and it'll prove just one thing: You haven't seen this movie yet. The thing that makes Batman the best 'superhero' is that he doesn't have 'superpowers' besides his 'super will'. This movie was even scary at times. You realize just how safe you are NOT. How unsafe anyplace can be. And more importantly, what kind of people you don't wanna mess with. I mean it. Not even Spidey compares to this thing.
3	The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King 2003, PG-13) My favorite
4	Fight Club 1999, R) Outstanding! Brilliant. Fun. Intelligent. It's the whole package, it's one of the best movies around. This IS a movie. It's poetry, you can base your life around this movie.
5	Sinbad - Legend of the Seven Seas 2003, PG) One of my favorite animated films ever. Fast-paced, great script, great voice acting, awesome animation and effects. This is a masterpiece.
6	25th Hour 2003, R) One of the best movies I've ever seen!
7	Hitch 2005, PG-13) I love this movie. Intelligent, shows a side of NY we've never seen in a movie, and it's real fun to watch. Will Smith delivers, no doubt about it!
8	Face/Off 1997, R) I won't say nothing. You just have to see this movie.
9	Armageddon 1998, PG-13)
10	Gone Baby Gone 2007, R) Brilliant! Congratulations to Ben Affleck. This was magical and powerful.
11	We Own the Night 2007, R) Astounding! Amazing! I'm sorry for the ones who don't like it but this movie is damn good. Turned into one of my favorites, instantly.
12	3:10 to Yuma 2007, R) Great movie and great cast too! Have so much to say about it, but can't right now. ; ) Go see it!
13	American History X 1998, R) Ed Norton... Didn't like his performances before, but have come to realize they're powerful and natural. This one is something else though.
14	Lucky Number Slevin 2006, R) Why hadn't I seen this movie before? I'd seen the box so many times, and finally took it. What a ride!
15	The Fifth Element 1997, PG-13) Always loved this movie. So fun
16	The Machinist 2003, R) Amazing! One of the best movies I've seen. Christian Bale will probably be thes of his generation.
17	Pan's Labyrinth 2006, R) An incredible story. Tremendous VFX, and sweet art direction and pictures. A weird mix of a fairy tale and a tragic world, which of course, resulted in this masterpiece from the mastermind of Guillermo del Toro
18	The Fountain 2006, PG-13) First of all, the best I have ever seen from Hugh Jackman. Believe me, this is not one for the simple-minded. One of the most beautiful movies ever! Photography and Direction were huge for this movie and Rachel Weisz did a heart-warming, hugely charming work.
19	10 Items or Less 2006, R) Superb acting! This short story will teach you a thing or two about life, believe me.
20	The Pursuit of Happyness 2006, PG-13) How far would you go to protect the ones you love? Honestly I don't think anyone would endure half of what he went through. Very charming movie, and it's gonna break your heart.
21	The Departed 2006, R) Now this is a huge movie. Brilliant! And at last, a performance by Leo DiCaprio worth... worth admiring. I recommend it to everyone.
22	Spanglish 2004, PG-13) Some kind of deja vu feeling hit me while seeing this.
23	Man on Fire 2004, R) Can't believe how underrated this movie is. I loved it! Plus, great soundtrack.
24	Out of Time 2003, PG-13) What a great movie. Looked over it millions of times, saw it recently and regret not seeing it before. Heart-thumping thrill, don't watch it if you're asthmatic.
25	Click 2006, PG-13) Laughed a lot, then laughed a little, then started sniffin', and then collapsed. Great movie and script, it was quite ingenious. The thing is I hadn't been so deeply touched by a movie for a long time now.
26	Gladiator 2000, R) "Father to a murdered son... husband to a murdered wife... and I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next." Now, can you say GO HOME LINE !?

28	Transformers 2007, PG-13) My heart was pumping the whole time. The best animation ever! The most extensive CGI work in the history!!! Something was missing, but great adrenaline rush, though
29	The Painted Veil 2006, PG-13) Damn, did these two put in some work. It's almost despicable the way they treat each other. And how love blooms even on the saddest and most unfortunate of surroundings. Very powerful.
30	No Reservations 2007, PG) It's surprisingly sad at first but then it turns into a great and charming story of love, commitment, and undomitable spirit.
31	Déjà Vu 2006, PG-13) Damn!
32	300 2007, R) I loved the movie. Great battle sequences, great acting, great pictures. Music wasn't so good, and the script was a "We're bad and we'll kill everyone" sort of thing. I would've liked a deeper sense in it, but it still rocks!
33	The Illusionist 2006, PG-13) Really good movie. I love the story, they gave it kind of a revenge essence so to make the ending unexpected. It worked out pretty well, very clever. Really great.

36	The Prestige 2006, PG-13) Liked it much, but it should've been faster-paced, and they had material to make outstanding photography, but they didn't. And needed more music. Still, very good and original.

38	Happy Feet 2006, PG) It starts kinda slow, but then gets its rythm together and becomes real fun. Charming, hilarious, and knocks some sense into you.
