Battle Royale 3D
Survival of the fittest has a new meaning!
This film is so outrageously provoking, narcissistic and brutal. But beneath its bloody surface comes to life the question; what happens to friendship in a life-threatening situation? The political and social values of a near future culture are craftfully exploited. It's also one hell of a mind blowing action film. Battle Royale is so powerful in all its senses and it just might the best film I ever saw!

Ladies and gentlemen,
we officially have the first masterpiece of 2007!!! And this one has raised the bar as high as it goes and will be a tough act to follow by any means.

I was astonished and overwhelmed by everything in this film. It's an experience for the senses like no other. From its remarkable battle scene choreography's to the artistic displays of dead bodies, absolutely everything works in sync. The brutality and stylized violence are nothing but appropriate in this scenario. The cast was wisely chosen. The special effects, costumes and makeup, the scenery all display the magic of modern technology. The long shots are breathtaking to say the least. And if that's not enough, it's one of the most entertaining movie experiences that I ever had.

As for the critics out there, who waist their time psychoanalyzing this unbelievable masterpiece, just open your damn eyes and ears!!! See the film for what it is... Pause for a second and look at the faces in awe of the audiences around you.

Forget about Troy, Alexander, Kingdom of heaven... When it comes to epic films, 300 will from this day forth hold a place with the elite; Lord of the rings, Gladiator, The last samurai...

It's one of the best films I've ever seen, and it's needless to say that I recommend it to everyone!

Apocalypto 2006,  R)
Apocalypto
Sorry Gibson Haters!!!! He is in my opinion the most underrated brilliant director. And if you spend time reading tabloids and believing bullshit, don't even bother watching his films since your judgment will obviously be clouded!

That said... This is an unbelievably remarkable adventure tale. Visually stunning... That swallows you up and takes u on a wild ride. Thrilling and gut wrenching at times, filled with powerful emotions! Great performances by an unknown cast. Overall amazing in every way.
And for those who complain about it not being historically accurate, stick to watching discovery channel and shut up.

For the rest of you out there with open minds, enjoy this masterpiece!!!!

Grindhouse 2007,  R)
Grindhouse
Blast from the past!!!

When two of the most prominent masterminds of our time embark themselves on a collaboration of this kind you can only expect brilliance and Grindhouse does not disappoint.

For my generation this is an absolutely original experience given the feel of the film. With it's priceless fake trailers and cleverly imposed missing reels to say the least...
For the older gang this must be a hell of a nostalgic trip.

The first feature Planet Terror, is a magnificent Gore Fest with a significant amount of humor. Fast paced, highly graphic and explosive!

Death Proof, the second feature starts off quite differently, with a slower pace, more conversation and character underlining, and then works on an anticipation build up.
Which leads to the climatic finish comprised of some of the best car chasing scenes and unexpected twists.

The two features, beside their differences, harmoniously compliment each other. The cameos are refreshing. The cast is surreal and as a bonus some of the actors appear in both features.
We will probably retain many memorable quotes out of this one.

The whole thing was so much fun that you don't even notice that you've stationed your ass for a full three hours.

People go see this, I guarantee you'll have a great time!!!

TerrorStorm: A History of Government-Sponsored Terrorism 2006,  Unrated)
TerrorStorm: A History of Government-Sponsored Terrorism
Like many of its predecessors (9/11 in plain sight, Fahrenheit 9/11) TerrorStorm is a well documented piece that shows the open minded what's really going on in our society. Unlike the one sided garbage that the main stream media feeds to its public, this documentary generates the facts behind the truth.

How can anyone be objective on any issue if they're only aware of one side of the story? Regardless of your own personal views it's imperative to have something to compare them to.

Alex Jones the man behind this masterpiece, is a patriotic American who's doing us all a favor by gathering the facts and sharing them with us, in the objective of freeing our minds from the globalist terrorists that infiltrate our way of thinking.

I believe that knowledge and awareness are power, and weather I agree or disagree with something the most important thing is to assess the facts before making up my mind.

If you're like me and have a thirst for the truth and prefer to take the red pill and liberate yourself from the Matrix, than this is something you definitely need to see.

If you can't find the dvd, let me know and i'll send you a direct link to the Google video! I'm also open to discussion on this one, given of course that you've seen it!
