I adore this movie and it is one of the few that I have kept on hand to watch over and over. I related to women who are fiesty and smart yet kind, honorable and vulnerable underneath the tough layers. What is most unusual about this movie though is how likeable BOTH loves are written and how honorably with grace the one who loses her, takes the decilne. |

I really loved this movie and its daring concept of love between mortal & immortal and what we might sacrifice to experience genuine love even for one day and be worth it. The idea of an angel looking at us as a love object disturbs a lot of folks but he really did not overplay that possibility. He looked at her beauty but that doesn't make it sexual or wrong. beauty is not human but as people lose sight of the concept of real beauty it get misrelated as sexy or stunning but nature and experiences are also beautiful. like true love |
