Final Destination 2 Final Destination 2 R
Pretty entertaining movie for what it both gets right and wrong
Small One Small One Unrated
I can see what they were trying to do, but the changes are unnecessary and work better without. This is one of the more faithful Disney adaptions, but it reverses the elements around and ignores the narrator subplot. It ignores the nativity which is a really dumb move seeing how the nativity is the punch-line of the story. The tanner scene is one of the worst scenes in Disney history and serves no real purpose but add length. The bankers were completely useless. Plus, of Small One is too weak to carry sticks, why should we trust that he can carry Mary to Bethlehem okay. This short is full of problems and inconsistencies that for some reason get overlooked by most people. And no, this is not a Don Bluth film. Yes, he directed and half the animators left with him when he started a new company. But Disney already had the script ready and Don Bluth only made some slight changes. Don wasn't even the first director on the project. Very overrated, should remain locked in the Disney vault.

Beauty and the Beast Beauty and the Beast G
Probably one of the best Disney films of all time, this and Lion King. The quality of the script is as great as it's animation. Not wanting to give much away, the characters have 3-dimensional personalities and you really feel what they feel. Belle isn't just your typical "girl wanting a man". In fact, she hates the beast at first. But the relationship develops at a natural rate. They may connect in the first few months, but you have to realized that they are both stuck in a castle with each other. And then there's the villain, Gaston. Gaston is pretty much the town hot-shot and is used to getting everything he wants. He even organizes a wedding before he proposes (than again, it is the 17th century so...) He doesn't really interact with the beast until the end of course, finding out Belle likes the beast more than himself. He is a great villain for a love story like this. I'm not going to say much for now, but this will be updated.
Bambi Bambi G
Walt Disney's favorite and best movie is definetly this. The lush backgrounds, the voice acting, the music, the animation. The film has everything. I read part of the book and yes, they're completely different. But how is a child supposed to understand certain events. All well, all-in-all awesome movie.
