Green Lantern: First Flight

First Flight is a damn fine DC animated film. Too bad the live action version of the character couldnt have been this good. I was really impressed with not only the action and animation but the adult tone as well. Sure it has its kiddy moments but when you least expect it BAM someone snaps a neck or gets impaled. Congrats to all involved!

Warren Oats takes the front in Peckinpahs modern day western. Possibly my fav. Peckinpah film.
Aguirre, der Zorn Gottes (Aguirre, the Wrath of God)

Herzog and Kinski's masterpeice. Dreamy and unsettling. Kinski is so intense to watch. One of my all time favorite films. Geurilla filmmaking at its best. Herzog risks his life and the life of his crew to bring about this beautiful film.
