My Favorite Movies

I saw this first time over 10 years ago when I went to see it in the cinema. I became totally crazy about this movie. Then it was very cool in my opinion. Cher, the main character of movie had a mobile phone, car, cool clothes and she got a cute boyfriend. It is a funny and romantic comedy. I don't know if teenagers love this movie these days because maybe it's too old fashioned for their taste. When it came on video I bought it and now I had to buy it on DVD also. I've seen this movie many many times. I remember the lines and the scenes quite clearly. Some may say that Cher is a bimbo but I love her! Hahaa! This is my first seen teenage movie and it still remains the best!!!

This movie is so cool. I love the actors very much. This is romantic and sad like many Korean movies tend to be.

I love romantic costume movies. When I saw this first time I was little bit disappointed because the movie was too sweet (flat/boring/some feeling was missing/not as cool as the trailer). I've learned to love this movie when I have watched it few times. I have found many good scenes from it. I fell in love with the soundtrack of this film.

I saw it two times in the cinema where it's much better because of the good quality sound effects. Fantastic costumes! Now this movies feels too long but maybe I can still see it once in two years. This is a very good classic already!!

This movie is little bit strange because it is a fantasy musical but the costumes, actors, settings and music are great!!! Baz Luhrman knows how to do this kind of movies. I love his Romeo Juliet.

The best vampire film I've ever seen. These vampires are actually quite nice and certainly humorous. Definately not boring. Nice costumes also. This film has many themes like love, loneliness and betrayal. Simply a very good movie.

Very good film with fantastic and talented actors and well made settings and special effects. Joaquin Phoenix has so devious character in this film. I like it! The story is beautiful but so sad.

The beautiful costumes in this movie are my favourites! This is a devious story. I bought the novel which this movie is based on. Definately worth to see.

This is not nearly as good as the older television version but I love these actors. This movie was too short and simple.

So sad end with this story but if you watch it three times maybe you will learn to like it and understand it better. I would have wished this movie to be more romantic with kissing included. ;)

This is romantic and fun but the end is so sad. Jo Han-sun is very handsome.

The best modern romantic comedy for ages. All of the different love stories were interesting and all of them combined together in the end. It's sweet and funny movie.

Very sweet and touching movie about a 16-year-old girl who has an incurable illness which prevents her from going into the sunlight so she goes out at night to sing her songs and play her guitar. She has been watching a boy from her window for days and finally she gets a chance to meet him.

I loved YUI's adorable, soft songs.

It was amazing - sad but beautiful. The piano music and the whole soundtrack made the movie even better. I really enjoyed the piano battle scene. Sure it was strange like a ghost story. Jay Chou seems to be really multitalented. He has made a lot of albums, acted in a few movies and now even directed one. The actress was cute. This movie is innocent and quite simple in a way but still so interesting. I will definately watch this touching movie again!

I had to watch this again in a short period of time. One of the best Asian movies I've seen this summer. I guess it suits for my current mood. This movie is sad and dragic and it has a hopeless romantic feeling. There was just something about it and something different. I love Moon Geun-yeong (I repeat that a lot).

I think this is the first South-Korean romantic movie I've seen. It's cute and funny! The actors are lovely! I want to see more movies like this!!!!

Three fantastic actors! So sad story.

Wouldn't it be every girl's dream to have two husbands? Why not if men can have! Still I think Noh Deok-hoon would have been totally enough for me and I felt pity for him for having to live alone while his wife was living with her new husband. I have a boyfriend but it's too easy to have a crush on other handsome and cute guys so I guess I should understand this film. I watched is because of Kim Joo-hyeok who I just saw in Mr. Handy and who played so well in Love Me Not. What an amazing actor!

Not a typical Korean silly comedy but a realistic love story which I really liked but it lacked even a one kiss scene. It was cute though.

"Never regret something that once made you smile." Once again excellent Korean movie which a meaningful and cute end. This movie was so funny and touching. Kim Seon-ah really is the Queen of Comedy.

I saw another movie poster which is not here on Flixster which looked better and more interesting. My Dear Enemy sounds like a perfect name of a romantic comedy but this wasn't quite like I had imagined or hoped (My Sassy Girl-style). First the movie seemed boring and it didn't have any handsome actors or beautiful actresses but suddenly I got used to it and the strange story became interesting, captivating. A woman goes to find her ex-boyfriend because he had borrowed some money and hasn't payed his debt back. The ex-boyfriend doesn't have money so she has to follow him when he goes to ask money from female friends he knows. He seems like a happy, funny and warmhearted man even though he is jobless and homeless. The ex-lovers drive around Seoul and along the way the woman remembers their times together. The end wasn't so clear to me. This seems like an indie movie. It's watchable and ok.

Another wonderful Korean crazy, silly comedy with a lot of feelings related to romance and drama. This movie made me fall in love with Gong Yoo. Korean movie endings are the best because they are so surprising! Just wish I'd watched this earlier!

There is always something cabtivating in Japanese movies especially if Aoi Miyasaki is acting in it that no matter how boring and strange the beginning of the movie is, I still want to finish it and see what happens at the end. The last song of the band was great. :)

Love this movie! Wish I could have watched it earlier. I had to see it twice in a row. Not the most typical handsome Korean lead actor but certainly very charismatic and warmhearted. Aah, and the guitar song performances! Still too few kiss scenes. :) The story is about a woman coming from Seoul to a small seaside town to start her own dental practice after being unappreciated in her old job in the city. Then she meets this village "idiot" who everyone in the town seems to like and who works as almost anything there is to do in the town but only as a replacer to help his friends. At first the woman is too proud to admid she's got feelings for this mysterious unwealthy jobless man but after a visit in her former city she notices how shallow the social life there can be.

Kwon Sang-woo and Kim Ha-neul are both excellent actors but I still like their other movie My Tutor Friend more. In this film I didn't like Kwon Sang-woo's hairstyle. The beginning was comical but in the end the movie turned out to be serious and meaningful. The story was about two childhood friends who had grown to love each other without even realising it until a tragic accident happened to one of them. It was also about following your dreams and making them come true one way or the other.
