Imagine Me & You
The only reason it;'s not five stars is that it's not a musical. It is the classical love story, but with a bisexual twist. It is very very witty and Matthew Goode gets amazing lines.
3
The Phantom of the Opera 2005,  PG-13)
The Phantom of the Opera
The music, the passion, the Phantom of the Opera. That's really all you need to say.
4

The glamorous world of jazz, alchohol and murder in the thirties. It is a very good adaptation of the play. Catherine Zeta-Jones does an amazing job as Velma Kelly.
5
Moulin Rouge! 2001,  PG-13)
Moulin Rouge!
A musical using a variety of modern songs. Overall it is a very touching story about love at all costs.
6
The Hours 2002,  PG-13)
The Hours
With three very talented actresses playing the main characters based on a book by Micheal Cunningham and Virgina Woolf, it is absolutely stunning. Once again, it would get five stars, but it's unfortunately not a musical.
7
Dead Poets Society 1989,  PG)
Dead Poets Society
This movie really leaves with it's message: "Carpe Diem, sieze the day boys, make your lives extraordinary".
