The Shawshank Redemption
One of my very favorite movies, if not the favorite. I had read the short novel when I was younger and when the movie came out was blown away with the style and movement of the film. It followed exactly what I had seen in my minds eye while reading. The acting was wonderful, I adore Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman.

Hunter S. Thompson was certainly a character. The book was awesome and the movie just as good. Stuck pretty damn close to what was written. And wow want to talk about a trip through some psycho shit...this is your movie. Interesting flick to actually sit down and watch while tripping too...lol

Bad ass movie, I think I could watch it over and over in a row almost. Tarantino at his best, before he started trying to hard, and thought to much of himself.

Another Tarantino master peice. Sort of makes you wonder why he didn't quit while ahead! It was slowly downhill after this movie. But damn what a movie! The acting was phenomenal and the cast couldn't have been better. I love the intersecting plots and the fact you are basically watching several movies, rolled and crossed at various points, in one. Loved the film noir way certain scenes moved along. I own it and will always have a copy of Pulp Fiction in my movie collection. A damn classic that will certainly be studied over and over forever in film classes.
