Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen 2009, PG-13)
Not as good as the first one, sure, but I still loved it. The fighting was incredible, Optimus Prime rocks. While the film was a little flawed, I'm still giving it a full five stars out of five, because it managed to resemble episodes of the cartoon, by having the robots actually communicate, and it surprised me more than a few times. Not only that, but it was everything it set out to be. A fun summer movie that doesn't seek to be any more than it is. It's based on action figures, remember. I could have done without the swearing, and the sexual jokes / content, though. |
