Like seriously, one of my favourite movies. ever. Definitely Alfonso Cuaron's best film (one of my favourite directors). The movie was very well put together, and all three actors were great to watch. The storyline was very well done, and the movie actually worked on the two levels it was trying to address. Unfortunately my Spanish is beyond brutal, and I was watching it with french subtitles which made only slightly more understandable. The voiceovers at certain scene actually worked, and without seeming overly morally-convict or smug, it got its message across |
