When it does, Briony, who has a crush on Robbie, is compelled to interfere, going so far as accusing Robbie of a crime he did not commit. Cecilia and Robbie declare their love for each other, but he is arrested and with Briony bearing false witness, the course of three lives is changed forever. Briony continues to seek forgiveness for her childhood misdeed. Through a terrible and courageous act of imagination, she finds the path to her uncertain atonement, and to an understanding of the power of enduring love. From the briliant opening scene, to the heartbreaking ending, I was glued to the screen. The film was fantastic and the best thing I have seen in a long long time. Beautiful cinematopraphy and a clever way of filmmaking. Definetly a heavy Oscar contender. This is THE ONE to watch before you die!!!

Tragic ending and beautifully directed, this film is defintitely the musical to watch before you die!!! The music in this film is also using the modern twist of the 20th century cleverly to create a masterpiece of art!!! The best thing in life is to love and be loved in return!!!

this is THE MASTERPIECE for decades!!! the film is made based on tales of doomed true love during battles and wars(including different nationalities)!!! this is THE ONE you need to see before you DIE!!! i cried my whole heart out when i seen the ending of this film!!! perfectly directed and superbly acted!!!!

Unique way of touching the audience with the harshness of lives some have to face everyday. It captures the loves and the emotional feelings of a child and a mother seeking for the happiness of his son. Davey (Gerald Butler) gave a brilliant performance. The film rounded with a family-hearted drama. this movie is the real jewel for all ages!!!

its a very sad love story starring keanu reeves and charlize theron! nicely directed and and acted by all the casts but because of under-rated by film critics thats why no-one have really paid any attention to it! i love this movie though and keanu and charlize looked really good as a couple!!!

each part of the movie is drenched in red, blue, white or another dominant color.this amazingly movie combines sweeping cinematography and superb performances from the cream of the Hong Kong cinema (Maggie Cheung, Irma Vep, Comrades: Almost a Love Story; Tony Leung Chiu-Wai, In the Mood for Love, Hard Boiled; and Zhang Ziyi, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon). The result is stunning, a dazzling action movie with an emotional richness that deepens with every step!!!

the ending is sad because it was really the guy's ghost lead the girl back to the gas station to save her. i think she started to really fell for him when she looked back at the first and the last picture she took of him!!! really sad though!!!

The latest movie from Director Mathew Vaughn who also made Layer Cake and produced Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. This was a real mixed bag of a movie, full of spectacular effects interesting characters and good solid creative ideas certainly in the writing department. A warm n fluffy movie, with a pinch of humour, action, romance and topped with a sprinkle of stardust! Perfect ingredients for a movie, however the original storyline is not quite there as its not grabbing much attention!!! Enjoyable family film, watch out for DeNiro
