The Adventures of Milo and Otis (Koneko Monogatari) (A Kitten's Story)
I've loved this movie ever since I was little. People don't understand how hard it is to work with animals and I think just recording them in their environment and then making dialogue out of it is great! However they did a poor attempt with March of the Penguins and an even worse attempt with Farce of the Penguins!

I absoulutely love all of Jim Henson's work. My imagination much matches his own, vivid characters and sets make all his movies and shows a delight to watch!!

Amélie (Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain)
I've never seen a more funny foreign film than this one. This movie makes me appreciate foreign films much more and I find myself renting them more than Hollywood blockbusters!
6
Thomas in Love (Thomas est amoureux) 2000,  NC-17)
Thomas in Love (Thomas est amoureux)
Another good foreign film. Very interesting and it's storyline makes me wonder if in the future this is how the world's going to work. Humorous yet somewhat scary!
7

I totally love Gerard. He is a spectacular actor and his work in this movie I think is the best I've seen thus far. A very beautiful movie.

The Fifth Element 1997,  PG-13)
The Fifth Element
I love Bruce Willis and any movie with him in it is an instant favorite of mine. I love how he can play so many different types of characters such as the hero in this movie, a killer in the Jackal, a timid lover in Death becomes Her, and ghost who doesn't know he's dead.
14
Howl's Moving Castle 2005,  PG)
Howl's Moving Castle
If you like magical movies combined with anime, you'll love this one, I know I do!
15
Stay Alive 2006,  PG-13)
Stay Alive
One of my favorite horror movies, some parts are very disturbing. I think I like this movie because of my fascination with video games.
16
House on Haunted Hill 1999,  R)
House on Haunted Hill
This is the second of the two movies that still give me the shivers. I've always had a fascination with haunted places and an old asylum I think, besides prisons, would be the best place to be disturbed. Only if you're into that sort of thing though!
17
Event Horizon 1997,  R)
Event Horizon
One of the two movies that still give me shivers even though I've seen it a thousand times. Makes me wonder what my own personal hell would be like, but frankly I never want to find out!!
18
The Nightmare Before Christmas 1993,  PG)
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Tim Burton is great. I find sinister side is much like his movies, somewhat dark and twisted. I love his work however, I wasn't super impressed with his remake of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but I still enjoyed it.
