Script is good, performance is better. Somewhat overrated though. A little dissatisfied since you can't help feeling yourself watching an imitation of something which humanity has surpassed decades ago... like when you hear modern recordings using vinyl dust and scratches effects. Good but not masterpiece.

Creepy and somewhat nasty. It may even hurt some people's sensibility. Great on cinematographics and photography, though.
