One of my favorite opening sequences ever. Freaky as hell, suspense out the arse. Hopper's best performance by far, great soundtrack. The song In Dreams will never be the same for you if you watch this movie.
This movie is exactly like an episode of the old spiderman when it went sour. The Jet pack scene and the scen with the midget in the trees are it's only redeaming qualities. Oh and the side kick, he's pretty awesome too.
This film is completely insane, I dare you to try and watch the whole thing. If you can't, watch the first and the last ten minutes. It will blow your fucking mind! It is on my favorites list because the is nothing else quite like it.
This is my favorite Hitchcock, I love the narrative, I love how it's shot, unbelievable camera work. All in one set, fantasic suspense. If you haven't seen it and you dig the alfred watch the fuck out.
Favorite film of the last maybe ten years. Beautifully put toghether. Love the story, love the violence, love the art work. set design, characters, effects. Original as all hell, probably the greatest fantasie film ever.
Favorite Altman by far, fantastic soundtrack, cast, beatifully shot. Love the keith Carradine performance as well as the Ronee Blakley performance. Very interesting relationships between characters.
This movie is pretty apeshit. Long as hell, one of the worst things I can remember ever watching on film. Had me in stitches a few times... Felt really awful after, landmark in garbage horror/sci-fi
This film kicks quite a bit of ass. Frank delivers a line about being youthfull at the end of this that puts me in tears every time. This man was incredible, his story equally incredible.
Much like Let it be or I'm trying to break your heart or even Dig. Pinnacle moment in the life of a great muscician, lucky enough to have excellent footage.
One of the most inspiring, determined artists of our time. This is an excellent starting point if you are interested in checking out the Herzog. Along the same lines as Hearts of Darkness.
Classic, never gets old, love everyone's performances. Love the intro, Love the soundtrack. Eli cash is the best, the paintings on his appartment wall are pure genious.
