The Bourne Ultimatum 2007,  PG-13)
The Bourne Ultimatum
Loved it!! The story is finally complete now and Jason Bourne manages to get the answers he so much desires!! Great action scenes and great performances...Matt Damon has an excellent interpretation of his character, and if it wasn't for his hard work Bourne would never be so believable! It couldn't be anything else than a 5* movie :)

Transformers 2007,  PG-13)
Transformers
Loved it!!! Great CGI effects!! Never thought it could be this good!!! the plot runs smoothly and you just go along with it so easily...the robots are fantastic. The action scenes are just behond expectation, their transformation from cars into robots are amazing. Shia LaBeouf did a great work, my congratulations!! the plot although not that "worked out" is simple and good. The humour that stands out through the whole movie works excellentely. Also i have to say that the soundtrack is simply fabulous, loved it!!!! Great movie for anyone to see!!! :)
16
Stardust 2007,  PG-13)
Stardust
I was amazed with this movie...truly amazed!!! The story is beautiful, real movie poetry as someone told me :) Charlie Cox surprised me with his performance, he did a great job on this role and he makes it so believable. Claire Danes and Michelle Pfeiffeir are good as they always are. Another performance that struck me was Robert deNiro's...the Captain is excelently encarnated by him...no one could do it better, it really is unexpected!!! The jokes are in place and good, and i just loved the royalty's after life :P It's a true fairy tale, with everything it must have!!!
17
Dogma 1999,  R)
18
Sommersby 1993,  PG-13)
Sommersby
It's a good film! But of course you cannot truly enjoy it unless you know the story behind it...for that i recommend you read the book "The wife of Martin Guerre", although slighty different the premiss is the same!!!Excelent plot development. And although we know from the begining the whole truth (that Gere's character is in fact an imposter) we stick to the end just to know if he'll give up everything he fought for - an identity, and Laurelīs love - or if he'll be willing to die...
19
King Arthur 2004,  PG-13)
King Arthur
Love the story!!Keira is great and Clive Owen really gives something to the character.
20
Alfie 2004,  R)
Alfie
Absolutely great!!! Jude Law is a great actor. Alfie is a character that you cannot help but to like him from the beginning...the way he sees life and his philisophy about relationships and commitement are easily related to our reality one way or the other. It makes you realise some truths and think about what really matters in your life, if you are doing the right thing for the right motives.
21
Peaceful Warrior 2006,  PG-13)
Peaceful Warrior
Truly inspirational...the story is not new and many of us can relate it with karate kid, however i think that the way the story comes around and the script make it beautiful and harmonious without having a complex plot. It is a story about chacing your dreams and fulfiling your destiny, but first of all it is a story about seeking who and what you are. Great performances by Scott Machlowicz and Nick Nolte...recommend it to anyone!
22
Elizabeth: The Golden Age 2007,  PG-13)
Elizabeth: The Golden Age
It is incredible the amount of mysticism that has been created on the life of Queen Elizabeth I. Cate Blanchett has without any doubt developed this character into something of her own. She is an amazing actress, and she gives shuch life to her characters bringing them close to you that it becomes impossible not to feel all that power. Geoffrey Rush and Samantha Morton do an excellent job as well, but it was Clice Owen that surprised me ont this one...I dare to say that, from all the roles i've seen him play, this is one of the best (if not the best). Sir Walter Raleigh suits him perfectly. Attention to details is something that has to be complimented on not only concerning costumes but also the visual effects. Although it doesn't follow historical facts 100%, it still manages to give a description of what was going on during that period.
23
The Prestige 2006,  PG-13)
The Prestige
What can I say...Itīs a great movie...but then again it's Christopher Nolan's so it couldn't be anything else!!! People kept saying to me that i had to see The Illusionist - saw it and liked it - and then tehy started saying that if I had seen The Illusonist I had to see The Prestige - so I did and all I can say is that The Prestige is something else...Christian Bale keeps on amazing me with such good performances, this one is really worth an oscar, and Hugh Jackman was good as well, a good choice to match Bale. Sir Michael Caine has nothing to prove, his character could not be played by anyone else - his character's are his own. Great script, great cast, great and solid performances, great costumes, amazing direction...It keeps you guessing all the way through and when you thought you had reached the right answer it still manages to surprise you! Nolan is great at what he does!!!

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers 2002,  PG-13)

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King 2003,  PG-13)

Notting Hill 1999,  PG-13)

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street 2007,  R)
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Great performances from Helena and Johnny!! It's really great to see how Burton mixes up such gory parts with musical ones and "dark humour". I think that Depp's character has been very well explored, and i cannot imagine anyone else to play Mrs. Lovett besides Helena B. Carter! Love the colours used portraying London and the main characters, so neutral, so typical of Tim Burton, and so fitting for this story's background.
29
Secret Window 2004,  PG-13)
Secret Window
I have to admit that it's not one of Johnny's best movies although his performance is always at the top. The storyline can be a little predictable but its entertaining enough; it has its twists and turns. And sure enough the ending is quite different from the usual and that's the point of the movie...a good ending because it's the ending that counts after all...

P.S. I Love You 2007,  PG-13)
P.S. I Love You
Love the story... magical in a sense and very edifying!!! Even if you're not a sentimental person it touches you, it's very moving! Never thought that Swank and Butler would make that great a couple, but they are quite good and do an excellent job together... And I absolutely love Bulter's accent :)
