Inception
AMAZING! This is how movies should be structure, great plot, memorable characters and acting that took you through the roof. I came out of this movie with no complaints whatsoever and I still can't find any flaw to it. But I gotta say I absoulty love how the dreams were stylised everything fromthe camera angles to the colours look as though they came out of your own dreams which were intently studied before the production of the movie. Go watch it cuz seriously this was the best movie of the summer by far.

District 9 2009,  R)
District 9
This is one of the best sci-fi movie I've seen in years, the original concept taken that the aliens had not come to earth to invade us was risky but a huge relief from the stereotype. District 9 allows the audience to reflect on what society actually views as "good" and how humanity really operates. Some of the scenes may have been graphic for some but the acting and screen writing was exceptional. This is defeninatly a movie I would recommend if you wish to see something original which will not bore you to death and will make you think throught the entire process.

V for Vendetta 2006,  R)
V for Vendetta
-"Is this anarchy?"
-"No, this is chaos"

Brilliant simply brilliant! This is one of my favorite movies of all time. Everything from the acting to the directing and even the camera angle is simply wonderful. I love the fact that this movie gets you thinking. Natile Portman has done an amazing job at portraying Evy and Hugo Weaving just make V come to life. This is one of those movie you have to watch.

Antique 2008,  Unrated)
Antique
"Welcome to Antique"
More Commonly know as Antique Bakery this ,movie really defines what a new fresh aspect is all about.
I don't think i have ever laughed so much in a movie at simple akward moments. Not only does this movie make you laugh but also it draw you in at an emotional level, so in other words you really fall in love with the characters and thier personalities. Now Kim Jae-Wook did a fantasic job with his character, so much that he's my second favorite (props to Ji-hun Ju). Sure the angust is there like in a lot of korean media but it was never over the top or not enough. I defenite watch if youu want to have a good time with some friends or you just want to watch something without action that will be memorable. ;)

OMG! O.O
Amazing dosn't even come close to this movie. This is one of those movies which were destined to be classics and when i say this its not because the special effects were good(although they were done really well). Opposite to my fears the hype of this movie didn't kill my reaction and this movie can really stand on its own plot wise, you're drawn into it on a really emotional level. At one point you start to really feel for the Na'vi and thier culture (and i swear if your didn't get this reaction go throw a box of kittens off a cliff cause your such a giant prick) and of course like every movie there is romance invovled, but eventhough it is the focus of the movie its done so well that you actually want things to go well. Even better was the fact that at no time did it feel cheezy. My advice, GO WATCH THIS MOVIE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE YOU ARE REALLY MISSING OUT ON SOOMETHING GREAT!

Amélie (Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain) 2001,  R)
Amélie (Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain)
Sweet, Romantic, Humerous and well put together. Amelie was my art house movie that i ever saw and man what an experience! Audrey Tautou proves time and time agaian to be a brilliant actress of our age (just don't fail me yet). The plot is brilliantly developed in a form in which the viewer can enjoy, not only that there were cute moments which just made everything time in together nicley. Jean-Pierre Jeunet you know have my respects as a director...
