I fondly look back at horror movies from the 80s. This one in no exception and totally absurd. However, people still say something about Issac and Malachi when they drive past a corn field. I just wish they would have left out the demon at the end. If you don't have the money--don't show the monster.

So ridiculously violent that you start to wonder how they'll top the previous scene. A tongue in cheek look back at the grind house films of previous decades. In all seriousness, Hauer is too good. I've always thought he was a better actor than he gets credit for. At any rate, he played the best damn hobo with a shotgun that you'll ever see (until Daniel Day-Lewis plays one).
