Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Easily the best of the "Transformers" movies! Now, that isn't saying much since the first two were incoherent, brainless effects-fests. But, the departure of screenwriters Kurtzman and Orci is a welcome development! The story here is actually fun, with the "truth" behind Apollo 11 being validated by the actual appearance of Buzz Aldrin. Leonard Nimoy also does a great job in a voice role.

Good Science-Fiction film. Better than the Box Office would suggest! Good characters, effects, script and direction. The IMAX 3-D was well done.
