Don't Look Now 1973, R)
When people ask me what my favorite movie is "Don't Look Now" is always the first thing that pops in my head. I remember seeing the end of this as a kid and it always stuck in my mind. Of course I had no context for it (appropriately enough). I haven't really read the book that this is based on but I don't see how this story would work in any other medium than film. This is just as much about our perception and our interpretations of images as it is about ghosts and psychics. |

One of my favorite Science Fiction films and David Bowie's best. And it's stars Rip Torn, who has the best name ever. This is second on the "Craig-list-of-must-sees" only to "Don't Look Now". |
