Just seen, both sections as they were meant to be viewed back to back. Hard to say which was better as they were both most enjoyable in quite different ways. Tarantino was as mesmerising as ever; he still has they 'what on earth next...' factor happening. I think I enjoyed the Rodriguez segment even more though, and the trailers were priceless.
Another of my top movies, I long since stopped counting how many times I have watched it. Excelent acting, great concept well excecuted and meets my notion of a true sci-fi movie in that it explores future concepts and there social impact.
One of my favourite movies. I love comic books and own a couple of the Sin City trade paperbacks, I think the movie stayed very true to the visual beauty of the comic while adding an excellent cast. One I can easily re-watch.
Enjoyable action fantsy thingie. Would be better with somone who could act like Constantine, or with a different name dissociated from the comic character.
Just saw this, pretty good movie phy-horror rather than slash-horror. A bit slow and unlikely at times. Could have been improved by the rather lame facilitating female being killed and eaten at the end, instead of her merely seeing a black movie and crying.
