One MF'n cool movie,what do you expect when the main character is called 'The Dude' and is major hippy to whom work is a four letter word(i know it is a four letter word but like in the other context,like f***)Getting mistaken with a wheel chair bound millionaire by some wannabe Russian mobsters who are actually porn stars is where the stroy starts and it just gets better.John Goodman is great as the psychopathic Vietnam vet who carrys Uzi's in his car boot 'Just in case',Buscemi plays a the quiet friend well but the star of the show is Bridges as 'The Dude',you cant help but like the guy.Thers also a couple of great cameos by Jon Turturro as a released sex offender/bowler,the story that Goodman tells about him having to go round to all his neighbours on release from jail to tell them his offence is priceless.And Peter Stormare as the porn director/gangster kidnapper and all round weirdo is excellent,Sam Elliots 5mins leave a good memory too.Another ace by the cohen bros.

Man,what a creepy little kid lol.I wasnt sure i even wanted to watch this movie but was dragged along to it by my girlfriend and i have to say i found it a great,suspensefull watch if a little long.The actress who plays Esther is excellent as the creepy,psychotic 'little girl' who bewitches her new daddy and brainwashes her new sister.A scary movie,well acted and to me,a pretty novel new idea,go and watch it.

Man,watched this film this afternoon and i gotta say it blew me away.For a relatively low budget film with no big name actors in it(unless you count the guy who used be Jim Robbinson in Neighbours lol)its absolutley stunning,i kinda think more film makers will cut their budgets in half after seeing this by not bothering with actors/actresses that cost 10 million plus,why bother when you make a film this good?
I remember seeing the trailer a few months back and thought it was going to be about illegal imagrants,well it is sorta,just the imagrants are really illegal seeing as they come from another planet!
The story and acting is top notch while the action bubbles along at a frantic pace with afew nice twists and turns,one of the few films were i can honestly say 'i didnt see it coming'-see what coming?I wouldnt want to spoil the surprise,watch it..

A pretty funny movie with a decent amount of action but undoubtably the best thing abot it is Tom Cruise's little part,took me ages to guess who the hell it was,the best acting hes ever done IMO.

One of the best,if not the best movie Val Kilmer has been in.A story that starts about seemingly just about drug addicts,tweakers,speed freaks but as the movie moves along it gets a lot deeper.The storyline is great and has lots that kept me guessing with some great performances not least from Kilmer and vincent d'onofrio is excellent as always.One of the best
