Godard's lesson on how to make a sci-fi flick with no budget works as both noir and comedy (intentional and otherwise) thanks to Constantine's gruff, tough Lemmy Caution. Just go into this and absorb what's onscreen - it'll all make sense once you "get" the premise.
One of the great unfinished film projects and an excellent look into Welles' visionary style. Look for some gorgeous shots throughout and an overall feeling of 'being there' as the film takes you on its little trip.
