Holy Cheeseballs. I effing love this movie! Every actor in this movie is so great. The script is full of great lines and laugh out loud moments (even if the tone shifts can be jarring at times). The twists (there are two) are great. And even though the final climatic scene is unrealistic and the last few moments were so saccharine, I still freaking luv this movie. Yes, I would've been more impressed if all the strings were tied in a beautiful knot, but damn, I'm going to say it again. I heart this movie.

Forrest Gump PG-13

Story about a simple minded man riding the waves of history. Tom Hanks is brilliant in this fantastic epic tale, while the cinematography glows beautifully from the heart. Those scenes where Forrest runs across America are the most beautiful images I've ever seen. My favorite movie of all time!

Toy Story 3 G

The BEST! of the Toy Story franchise. And currently, my favorite of Pixar films. Screenplay by writer of one of my favorite movies (Little Miss Sunshine) Michael Ardnt. Directed by a trusty Pixar artist Lee Unkrich. It's the Funniest. Scariest. Saddest. Most Bittersweet thing you will ever see all summer, perhaps all year. Beautiful, pitch-perfect sendoff to the series. Please don't make any more sequels!
