aww, no this might have been what bond was originaly intended to be. there is an actual plot to this movie. they cut back a lot on the scandaly women and turned it into an actual love story. the poker game is a little long but is eciting. Daniel craig is easily the best bond since if not better than Sean Connery himself, it will be interesting to see if they are able to top this
will the real batman please stand up? this is it baby. but this doese not discredit tim burtons 1989 version, jack nicholsons performance in that film, or the new direction batman begins took the franchise because this film is all about the joker. but thats no surprise since we have been salavating over the pictures of ledger since they were relesed nearly six months ago, and on top of that his sudden death could only boost the sucess of the film. and heath ledger delivers. he nails the character in every direction and in every way, he becomes the luatic pshyco path killer maniac, and on top of that hes actually funny. . .in a quirky, desturbing kind of way. The interigation scene: THE BEST INTERIGATION SCENE IN CINEMATIC HISTORY! I think it will be one of the most memorable part of the film. and even though it wasn't advertised, there is another villan: two face. i found his story line to be a fasinating one to follow. but as far as batman goes, well to be perfectley honest i was not that imprest. whether its because the character has been done to death or the filmakers were more focused on the villans, somewhere along the line his character was dropped a little, so they could have done some more with him. I also think they could have tied up the ending better. over all the dark knight is awsome; easily the the best film of the year and arguably the best comic book best comic book film ever. i think that would be great if the acedemy made a posthumous oscar for heath ledger
talk about your identity crisis. some people think it starts out slow paced, but i think it is very interesting, makes you want to find out more and keeps a very personal relationship with bourne and the audience
it seems like they stretched the story a bit to accommodate all the beatles songs but all together a musically and artisticly well done film. you don't see movies like this everyday
". . .this has nothing to do with the beowult you were forced to read in high school. It's all about eating, drinking, killing, and fornicating. . .I can't wait. . .I can't wait." - Robert Zemeckis lol this is definetly a one of a kind
