All time best for me. There is a poetry in this film i never felt before. Something immaterial very strong. Kieslowski go beyond the expression on film. A precious Masterpiece !

My favorite movie from Stanley Kubrick. He manage to direct a pretty impressive cast that had memorable lines to offer. Peter Sellers is outstanding and let's not forget every time George C. Scott appear in front of the camera, it's pure magic. Not a lot of dark comedy can be called masterpiece. This one can !

Si le bonheur existe sur pellicule, c est dans ce bijou de Nanni Moretti. Un film politique d une grande finesse et d une beaute absolue. La scene de la promenade en Vespa vaut a elle seule le visionnement.

Bien de l'encre a coulé sur ce film, bien de la pellicule aussi. Le tournage de ce voyage en enfer est désormais aussi célèbre que le film lui-même. L'excès et la démesure résument assez bien l'ambiance qu'il y avait sur les plateaux de Coppola. L'équipe a dû souffrir pour pouvoir nous offrir une des plus grandes fresques du cinéma, un film au-delà des conventions, au-delà du simple film de guerre. APOCALYSPE NOW renouvelle un genre usé et lui redonne un nouveau souffle. La folie habite beaucoup de personnages et prouve que durant la guerre on peut y laisser autre chose que sa peau, on peut aussi y laisser son âme. Oeuvre majeure, témoin d'une époque, preuve de l'absurdité humaine.

Harmony, that's a beautiful first name but Korine doesn't rime with fine. This film prove that Mister Korine is someone to follow carefully. Everything he touch is bless with a strange beauty. Not for everyone but those who can find poetry in the little and dark places will love this strange little film call Gummo. He made beauty with ugliness. Gorgeous !
