Mean Girls
So wonderfully quotable. "Oh my god, Karen, you can't just *ask* people why they're white." I saw it in the theatre and laughed out loud at the homeschooled boys. I think this is the last movie before LiLo, you know, turned into a crazy ho. (And besides, it's all about Rachel McAdams.)

The Princess Bride 1987,  PG)
The Princess Bride
Could it *be* more quotable? Although it's a bit sad to look back on how hot Cary Elwes used to be. Mandy Patinkin says it's his favorite role he's ever played, and I must agree.

North by Northwest 1959,  Unrated)

Brokeback Mountain
I cried at the TRAILER. SERIOUSLY.

"I saw him! Headless!" "We know, that's why you're here!" "No, you don't understand! It was a horseman! HEADLESS!"

True Romance
It shows you how disturbed I am that I think this is one of the most genuinely romantic movies ever. Possibly Crazy Gary Oldman's craziest role to date, which makes me happy. And stoner!Brad is hot.

Clueless 1995,  PG-13)

MUMBLER! (To borrow a phrase from a friend, "What. Is Going. On??? When did we get into Crackland?!" I love it.)

The Crow 1994,  R)
The Crow
I was him for Halloween! It's a shame he was about 30 times prettier than me. :[
22
Moulin Rouge 1952,  Unrated)
23
The Fifth Element 1997,  PG-13)
The Fifth Element
"Ahhh, good philosophy! See good in bad, I like!" (One of my all-time favorites. I would be LeeLoo for Halloween if I could pull that off. Which I cannot.)
24
Before Sunrise 1995,  R)
Before Sunrise
Very simple and sweet with great, effortless performances. It's wonderfully realistic, if that makes sense. It's quite a fantasy of mine. ;)
25
Before Sunset 2004,  R)
Before Sunset
Every bit as good as the first one; I like how they've grown and changed and it's awkward, and yet still very sweet. The end makes me squee, predictably.
26
Elf 2003,  PG)
Elf
"We should call security." "Good idea." "I like to whisper too!"

I still cannot believe he wasn't even nominated for this, and it's been 17 freaking years.
33
The Emperor's New Groove 2000,  G)
The Emperor's New Groove
"Demon llama!" "AAAHHH!!!"
34
Ghost World 2001,  R)
35
Heathers 1988,  R)
Heathers
Christian Slater at his hottest, and Winona at her best as well. I love dark comedies, and this one is surprisingly smart. And the end is oddly sweet. "Our love is God. Let's go get a Slushie."
