Far too slow at the beginning....was looking forward to this after the build up finale of the first Gantz film. I guessed the ending.

Better on a second viewing. I love the way the people appear and disappear a limb at a time. Worth a watch.

Death Note (Desu nôto) Unrated

WOW!!!!.....Intelligent, clever,original and it's hard not to have your eyes glued to the screen. Instant classic. Just like to add that this proves you can have a high death count WITHOUT loads of blood and gore. This is classed as a 'supernatural horror' but the 'horror' is more drama then horrible images. A refreshing change from the usual bloodbaths that splatter our screens.

I agree 100 per cent with Timeladyinred ! Very clever. Glad i saw it. I'm beginning to think there's no such thing as a bad French film!!! I really enjoyed Amelie....and loved the way all the loose ends were tied up at the end. The photo booth story was class!
