One of the best movies I have ever, ever seen. So glad I saw it in Japanese first; deep, believeable emotion trancends language barriers, and the visuals tell the story better than any semi-literate translator.

Excellent. This movie has supplanted Castle in the Sky as my favorite Miyzaki film I have seen so far. I certainly didn't expect it to be so good, and I was totally blown away.

Follows the book so closely, including the deapth, drama, and feeling that is absent from so many adaptations. In so many ways, not a kids movie at all.

The Muppet Christmas Carol
The best adaptation of Dicken's story I have ever seen. The songs are excelent and Michael Caine's protrayal of Scroge is astounding.
