This is a masterpiece of film. Well written, directed and made i think it's definatly ahead of it's time and still stands out even today as a great piece

Taking over 3 years to make, Sam Raimi certainly raised the bar for film makers in general but certainly in the Horror genre. Influences are seen right through his work right up to Spiderman 2 with the beautifully directed scene with Doc Ock coming back to life.

Such a clever concept. fantastically done by the greatest actors

Sam Raimi is on form with this massive blockbuster. From comic to screen the story stays true but honest. Love it.

from the confused and diorienting start right through to the disturbingly pleasant and happy ending this film is pure genius. there are many things that make this film great and one day I shall write an essay length review detailing why it is one of the greatest.
