My Favorite Movies

This movie is, in my opinion, the best horror movie of all time. Yes, you heard me right. The atmosphere, the close spaces, the tension, the drama, everything about this film is unreal. Jaws made peoeple afraid of the water, this movie made me afraid of the basement..... if you haven't seen this movie, go out now, and get it....

At first view, back in 1992 I believe, I was 8 or 9 years old. I saw it in the movie, and it somewhat scared me. BUt, I did not like it that much. KIlling off Hicks and Nute, were two of the worst things that ever happened to me, in the movie sense of course. But, after repeat viewings, this movie grew on me. I am not giving the theatrical cut, 4 stars, I am giving the extended cut 4 stars. The add a solid 40 so minutes onto the film, and it adds a great deal.

Got to see a special sneak preview of this movie awhile back... and WOW... this movie is what everyone is expecting it to be. In your face, pure testosterone.... after seeing this film, I am considering naming my future son Sparta.

Best movie of 2006.... by far... a story of 2 cops, who are both undercover, one, is good, undercover in the mob, and one is bad, working undercover in the police... but heck, you know the story already. The acting is great in this film, Nicholson is Nicholson. MAAATTT DAAAMON, is a great bad guy, someone you really end up disliking alot by the end. DiCapro, WOW, this kid is great and he really deserved an oscar for this film. The rest of the cast is stellar too, Sheen as the good hearted cop, Baldwin as the foul mouthed FBI agent, and Marky Mark, as the tough, rude, but has a heart of gold cop.

Best movie of year, and if you don't agree... go shoot yourself.....
