My favorite movie of all time. One of the deepest philosophical movies of our generation, plus an amazing edge of your seat roller coaster ride. Not only is the matrix extremely thought provoking, but it's visually stunning and has revolutionized visual effects the same way that Star Wars did.
After I watched this movie, I no longer wanted to watch any movies for a long time. I remember seeing a Poseidon preview and thinking "this is what they want us to be watching, senseless trash that keeps you from thinking"...but then I admit a couple months later I watched Poseidon and liked it...V For Vendetta was very profound, and really does parallel actual current day events...
Aaron Russo is a Hollywood producer, he's tackled a huge eye opener here. After watching this I had to find out if this affected Canadians - and yes it does. The Bank Of Canada is almost exactly the Federal Reserve, and the Canada Revenue Agency is like the IRS.
Oh man Brad Bird is great. He made Iron Giant as well, which I loved. But The Incredibles was a great ride from start to finish, and it was hilarious. The animating was the best.
Spiderman is one of, if not the best super-hero movie. Great acting, great story, great effects. It's realistic! And he looks like David Daix throughout the movie so that's always funny when your brother is the star in a movie.
Whether you believe it or not, the law of attraction is one of the natural laws of the universe. Never give up on your dreams, you can change your life in an instant. Don't settle for imprisonment. Most people who don't like The Secret are too far indoctrinated to just go to work, pay your taxes and retire at the age of 65 in debt or broke. If you want something, don't give yourself boundaries or put up walls - just get it.
One of the funniest parodies I've ever seen. This is hilarious, and the best part is it was written in like 10 days and filmed with a $40,000 budget. Sony Pictures picked it up, proving that great movies can be make without insane budgets.
Just got home from watching it. Awesome movie. The story was very entertaining, Steve Carell was hilarious, and it had a great message regarding family values & faith. The best thing is that it's safe for kids because there's no sexual innuendos or softcore porn like in Bruce Almighty, lol.
