In 1977 a little film called Star Wars came out and today it known as a classic, I can totally agree with that. Star Wars is a fantastic movie and to me one of the greatest films of all time. Star Wars takes place in a galaxy far far away where a civil war is going on between the Rebels and the evil Empire. After a Rebel victory they come across information about the Empire's new weapon, the Death Star. The Death Star has the power to destroy planets and the Rebels have the layouts to destroy it but one of the leaders of the Empire won't let that slide, that leader is Darth Vader. The Empire has now tracked them down and before they capture Princess Leia she puts the information they received in a droid, R2-D2, and sends him to the planet Tatooine with his buddy C-3PO where they are suppose to find a Obi-Wan Kenobi. They soon come across Luke Skywalker, a farmer who is bored with his life but will soon change. They eventually find Obi-Wan and set off to get the information to the Rebels with pilot/bounty hunter Han Solo and his wookie friend Chewbacca and possibly rescue the princess. It has been 35 years since the original Star Wars came out, since then it has grown and grown because of this one movie. Star Wars is one of those films that changed everything in cinema history, Sci-Fi history, and a lot of people's lives. Over the years George Lucas has been making some changes to the original saga and making some prequels that not everyone liked and for that people started to hate him. No matter how much you hate Lucas for the things he's did recently you still gotta love him because without him there would be no Star Wars, period. One thing that I just love about the original Stars Wars films is that no matter how old you are you will still love it and it's one of those movie that you will never get tired of. I have loved Star Wars since I was first introduced to it at age two and I have never gotten tired of it. Another thing that makes this movie so incredible is it has a fantastic story and it brings you into a whole other world. The story to this movie is just amazing because it introduces you to fantastic characters and when you watch it feels like your in a whole other galaxy with all the cool stuff the movie introduces to you like the force, lightsabers, and all this interesting creatures and droids. Another thing that makes this story so cool is that it's so unique and clever. This movie also has some great action sequences and thrills that just got me pumped. I have seen this movies hundreds of times and I always jump up and cheer at the finale of this movie, that's how much I love this movie. This movie was released in 1977 so you would expect some lame special effects but that's not what you get at all. The special effects in this movie are just stunning and makes you have a hard time believing that this was made in 1977. Like I mentioned earlier this movie introduces you to some fantastic characters and they truly are amazing. This movie has a whole bunch of memorable characters that are truly unforgettable. Luke Skywalker is no doubt one of the greatest heroes in cinema history and is fantastically played by Mark Hamill. It's so fun to watch Luke change throughout the movie and the series, this is by Hamill's greatest performances in these movies. Another character that is a blast to watch is bounty hunter Han Solo. This is definitely Harrison Fords greatest role along side Indiana Jones because he is just so cool in these movies and his chemistry with everyone is just priceless. Carrie Fisher is also great in this movie as the beautiful Princess Leia who is just a wimpy little princess but proves to be a warrior as well. Alec Guinness is fantastic in this movie as Obi-Wan Kenobi and to me one of the most influential characters in cinema history. This movie also has one of the greatest villains in cinema history, Darth Vader. James Earl Jones's voice for Darth Vader is just absolutely menacing and is what makes Darth Vader so terrifying. You also can't forget R2-D2, C-3P0, and Chebacca who are just playing awesome like the rest. I also got to mention that John William's score to this movie is just brilliant and one of the greatest scores ever. Star Wars is just a film you gotta love. If you have never seen Star Wars you would be doing yourself a huge favor if you just got up and watched right now.

Men in Black III is actually a very good film to my surprise and to me the best in the series. Men in Black III is about Agent J and Agent K once again who work for this secret organization that monitors alien life forms on Earth. After working together for many years their relationship is starting to get a little rough but one event will soon change all of that. An alien known as Boris the Alien escapes from prison and goes back in time and ends up killing Agent K. It now up to Agent J to go back in time to stop Boris from killing K or else there will massive destruction on Earth. Once Agent J goes back to 1969 he will need the help from younger Agent K and an alien that can see the future named Griffin. For me I really didn't have any expectation that Men in Black III would be that good of a movie. The reasons for that is I'm not a fan of the series and I heard all the problems that they had while making this film so I was expecting a movie much like the second MIB film. To my surprise this movie wasn't that bad at all because this movie actually had a story unlike the second film. I really enjoyed the story to this movie because it was really fun to watch with all the time traveling. I thought this movie was actually very well written but I did feel that some scenes were a bit to rushed but for the most part the story was very enjoyable. Another thing I liked about the story is how Agent J has to get use to his environment since he's in a different time period and that set's up some good humor. One of the best thing's about this movie is definitely the ending. I did not see this ending coming by a long shot and it had more heart than I thought the movie would have. If story isn't enough to satisfy you there is still some really good action scenes and some very good humor throughout the movie. As for the acting in this movie it is also very good with returning cast members and a new addition to the franchise that is very good. Returning from the previous movies you have Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones who are both very good in this movie. Will Smith gives a good performance after being absent for a couple years on screen and Tommy Lee Jones is still very good even though he's not in the movie for a long time. Now the best performance in this movie is by far Josh Brolin. Bolin just steals the show as Young Agent K because he is just like Tommy Lee Jones if not better. With Brolin the chemistry with K and J still works great , point is Brolin is just amazing in this film. Jemaine Clement is very good in this film as the villain and so is Michael Stuhbarg. Some people might find Stuhbarg very annoying but I felt that he was actually very good. Overall Men in Black III is a very enjoyable film that any fan of Men in Black or even people that aren't fans will enjoy.
