21	Big Trouble in Little China 1986, PG-13) Kurt Russell is perfect as a John Wayne/Clint Eastwood/every other tough guy in just a little over his head. So many quotes.
22	The Thing 1982, R) This movie truly scared me when I first saw it. The mood is one of such despair mingled with anxiety that when something jumps out, I was totally unnerved. It still creeps me out. My 11 year old thought it was pretty cool, but not scary at all.

27	Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back 1980, PG) Best in the series. Luke learns that whining isn't the answer to anything and he shows that he is a loyal friend. Lobot is the first person in movies to sport a bluetooth headset.
28	Raiders of the Lost Ark (Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark) 1981, PG) Sure, Harrison Ford played Han Solo but, to me, he will always be Indiana Jones. This is always in my ever-changing top 10 list.
29	Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1989, PG-13) Not quite as good as "Raiders of the Lost Ark" but better than the others. Too bad they saved Marian Ravenwood for the last movie.

68	The 13th Warrior 1999, R) Great retelling of Beowulf. Antonio Banderas was great again. Dennis Storhoi and Vladimir Kulich were outstanding.
69	Evita 1996, PG) Until I saw this movie, I figured Antonio Banderas was just a pretty face (I hadn't noticed him in anything else). He stole every scene he was in and his presence was felt in the rest of the scenes--he was magnificent.
70	Assassins 1995, R) Just an OK movie, but the presence of Sylvester Stallone and Antonio Banderas made it likeable for me.
71	Silverado 1985, PG-13) Very quotable. Overall, my favorite western. "Pleased to meet you."
72	Rocky II 1979, PG) Good follow-up to Rocky (not really necessary, but enjoyable and it has some great moments). They should have stopped there. Then again, when Mickey dies in III...and Rocky beats up Ivan in IV...never mind.
73	Demolition Man 1993, R) Say what you want--I liked this movie.
74	First Blood (Rambo: First Blood) 1982, R) Good movie that I actually found to be better after 25 years.

76	Rambo: First Blood Part II 1985, R) Completely unbelieveable. Completely fun. I remember seeing this in the theater...it was so much fun that we stayed for a second showing.

89	Conan the Destroyer 1984, PG) Crappy movie, but the scene in the ice cave is priceless as the actors are obviously juggling dry ice in their mouths and exhaling forcefully so we can see their breath.

99	Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (Wo hu cang long) 2003, PG-13) Funny, exciting, painful, beautiful. No, it's not a chick show.
100	Lat sau san taam (Hard-Boiled) 1992, R) Chow Yun Fat is one of the coolest cops ever.
101	The Phantom 1996, PG) Largely unseen and underrated movie. Billy Zane was great as a hero who actually likes being a hero.
102	Memphis Belle 1990, PG-13) I liked it. My dad (who flew in a B-17 in WWII) walked out because the aerial scenes brought back some scary memories.
103	Dead Calm 1989, R) Sam Neill is great. Billy Zane is creepy (and great). Nicole Kidman's best performance ever.

115	The Untouchables 1987, R) "Did he sound anything like that?"
116	Quigley Down Under 1990, PG-13) Full of quotable lines. "I said I never had much use for one. Never said I didn't know how to use it." Also, Quigley stopping and turning around to take a good, long look and Cora is one of the greatest scenes in movie history.

148	Casablanca 1942, PG) It's amazing that this movie was mostly dialogue and it never got boring. However, Bogart's face showed what was unspoken so well that it's no wonder he is considered one of the best actors ever.
149	The African Queen 1952, Unrated) My favorite Hepburn role. Bogart was great too.
150	The Treasure of the Sierra Madre 1948, Unrated) "Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges." Great movie.
151	Angels with Dirty Faces 1938, Unrated) Totally worth watching. Pat O'Brien carries the movie.
152	The Caine Mutiny 1954, Unrated) Bogart, MacMurray, Johnson and Ferrer are all excellent in this movie.

157	You Can't Take It with You 1938, Unrated) If you only see Lionel Barrymore in this movie and "It's a Wonderful Life" you will understand why he's a legend. He makes this movie--every actor seems to naturally revolve around him.
